TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE ESV. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE EXTERIOR FRONT AND REAR LEFT SIDE DOOR HANDLES BEGAN TO SEPARATE FROM THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE DOOR HANDLES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. NO REPAIRS WERE MADE TO THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. WHILE DRIVING THE CAR WITH TWO CHILDREN INSIDE IT WE APPROACHED A BUSY INTERSECTION AND THE BRAKE PEDAL WENT ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR AND THE CAR DID NOT EVEN SLOW DOWN.
