THE FACTORY SUPPLIED CAR 'SCISSOR' JACK STRUCTURALLY FAILED WHILE THE RIGHT FRONT OF THE CAR WAS BEING LIFTED. THE CAR WAS STATIONARY AND WAS BEING LIFTED ON A GARAGE FLOOR.
