Two of the wheels of my 2019 Corvette have cracked. GMC has turned this issue over to Analytics Consulting LLC to reimburse those owners that have had a problem with cracked wheels. I submitted a claim for one of the wheels, in July of 2025 and have yet to hear from them. GMC admits to defective wheels and yet there was never a recall. They are playing Russian roulette with Corvette wheels that are on the road daily. I've had costly repair bills for wheels that were defective when GMC put them on my car. These wheels could crack at any point while I'm driving or God forbid when my wife is driving. She doesn't want to ride in the car anymore because she feels it's unsafe. I can't sell it because I would have to affirm that these wheels might crack. Who would buy my car? The value of my dream car has plummeted. I'd like reimbursed for the two I've already paid for and all four wheels replaced with wheels that have been tested and new ones that are proven to be safe. Both headrests in front seat deployed while driving causing neck pain and almost caused an accident. I was driving on the highway and it popped and hit my head forcing my head forward and me losing focus. No warning signs. Looked up the issue and it seems to be a known issue for the vehicle. Have not taken to the dealer as I do not have the money to replace them.

Yesterday, my wife tried to start the car and everything on the dash just started flashing, the vehicle attempted to turn over and made terrible knocking noises in the engine compartment. The final straw for us was on July 13th when my wife placed our then 7 month old son in the car after church with the remote start feature working, placed his diaper bag in the vehicle with keys inside the bag, and as she walked around to the driver door, the vehicle locked itself and shut off in 103*F heat. My son began screaming and the vehicle would not unlock. My wife was forced to punch the window out, lacerating her hand open, and even after peeling the window out, the vehicle still would not unlock even manually. I had to leave my fire station to meet her at the hospital where she received stitches. Cadillac sent out an inspector on 8/17/25 and we still have not heard anything back. I have filed with the BBB Auto Line as well. There was never any warning lights or messages, other than repeated “service suspension system” warnings, which has been replaced twice in 20,xxx miles and now needs to be replaced again.Read more

The service advisor, sat in the car with me and confirmed the issue at hand without me saying anything. After, I was told it would take about two weeks to fix my car because of the lack of EV specialist available. I contacted EV concierge the following day and all of a sudden I got a call back from the dealer saying they ran updates and that my issue was resolved. Here I am a couple weeks later having the same issue. This time now it happens on EVERY drive. To the point I had to call On star on my way home just to have someone on the line with me incase something happened. The safety features turn off. Audio cuts off and on and at this rate I can't trust the car safety wise for my kids/family and individual safety any longer. PASSENGER SIDE REAR BRAKE CALIPER FAILED CAUSING THE BRAKE TO SCRAPE INTO THE ROTOR. THE EMERGANCY BRAKE REMAINED IN THE LOCK POSTION WHEN THE CALIPER FAILED. LOCKING THE CALIPER IN THE UP POSITION AND RELEASING BRAKE FLUID. DRIVER SIDE BRAKES, CALIPER, AND ROTOR COMPLETLY INTACT AND DOES NOT NEED REPLACING.
