Vehicle has been to GM dealership many times for problems related to reduced engine power, stabilitrack, and traction control issues. Dealer replaced relay switches, problem appeared to be fixed. Numerous complaints can be found about the 2013 Buick Enclave and other years and this problem. I believe it will cause an accident and kill someone one day, if it hasn't already. Class action suit was even filed, and unfortunately dismissed. I'm afraid to drive my car. It is at the dealership AGAIN and we've only owned it since February 2022.Read more

Leased this car at the end of March. When I attempted to install the car seat for my grandson I could not find the LATCH anchors. My sales rep attempted to find them and could not. I finally was told to make a service appointment and the service manager could not find them. He contacted GM and after getting a response from them told me they are an "option" and I could have them order parts 2078822
... 8 and 20788229 and install them. I called GM customer service and after several calls from them they signed me up for GM Rewards and told me I could use my Reward points to pay for the parts and installation. The rep also told me that none of these cars have the anchors. This is a safety issue! And it's my understanding that these anchors are a requirement in new cars. My owners manual describes and pictures "lower anchors built into the vehicle," but they are definitely not there. I am now using a booster seat without any tethers which I feel is unsafe. I am complaining not because of the cost of adding the anchors, but because this is a safety issue that no one at GM seems to understand is a legal requirement. I don't blame my dealer - Cappellino Buick, Williamsville, NY but I am surprised at their service department's lack of knowledge in this area. GM told the service manager, Vincent Marino, "it looks like the child restraint plates are sold separately."Read more

A "Service Side Detection Error" is causing multiple electrical issues in the front dash: prevent defrost and heat from working in the middle of a Vermont winter. Additionally, after the sensors are replace, Buick requires the computer be reprogrammed only through them. non-GM service centers literally cannot reprogram them. I plan to get on each forum to request all drivers with this error file reports with NHTSA. I don't feel enough drivers know that they should/could do this and just end up paying this repair because they are just barely out of warranty, or GM says it is not covered. I also home to start a class-action lawsuit as electric panel issues involving our heating/cooling system fans and defrost, and other random electric problems related to this are vital to a drivers safety.Read more
