This recall has been open since June 2023 without remedy. I have been waiting a remedy to trade the car in on a newer vehicle. However, the dealership will not pay me fair value since the car cannot be resold until the recall is resolved. This is criminal and needs to be resolved immediately.

My car starting sputtering on take off from stops, extremely dangerous if you’re trying to get out in traffic and keep up quickly from a stop. Then when I took it to get looked at it the mechanic said it needs a new transmission. Now my family is stuck because that’s our only vehicle big enough for our growing family. They’re was a check engine light that keeps coming on.

Have had my car in the shop multiple time to be put on computer. It states under boost in the turbo. This car is barley 3 years old . Turbo charger has A leak, dealer stated they knew it had a leak but they couldn't find it. All they did was clear the code. My car has A check engine light, and a trouble code of PO299, does not maintain proper speed, has issues with acceleration.
