This VIN was not recalled with the larger GMC 6.2L engine failure recall, however other 2021 model years were recalled. Recommend immediate expansion of recall due to the unforeseen engine failure while driving with no previous warning lights (oil or check engine) or other indications prior to seizing. This experience indicates that the initial recall was not sufficient enough to locate and identify all of the 6.2L engines affected by the poor quality control issues at GMC.Read more

The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked in the garage, the contact inspected underneath the vehicle and noticed that the bracket in the rear passenger's side bumper fascia had detached and was hanging by the wires. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the bracket detachment was related to the failure. The dealer determined that the entire rear bumper fascia, the mounting brackets, and the clips needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired due to the cost. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the dealer needed to contact the manufacturer for assistance. The dealer contacted the manufacturer and was informed that 10 percent of the repair cost would be covered. The failure mileage was approximately 53,000.Read more

Ford agent ultimately stated the recall could not be honored. · September 30 – October 1, 2025: Dealer confirmed by text and phone that their management refused to apply the recall or cover repairs. VIN Discrepancy The core of this dispute is a direct contradiction between Ford’s official communications and Ford’s internal VIN database. I and many others have noticed that the 2020+ Nissan Sentra has a very common issue with its window switch where the driver side window works, but all passenger windows get stuck refusing to roll up or down, or do so very slowly. Every time I get the oil changed I have to add 2-5 quarts of oil in between changes. I had the catalytic converter replaced 3 years ago and now I have to do it again. I’ve had nothing but issues with this car and oil consumption. I shouldn’t need another catalytic converter again after only a few years. I’m doing my 3rd oil consumption test right now.
