The individual I spoke with at the dealership also confirm rusting issues on the frame of my truck style model. I researched this on the internet to find out multiple complaints concerning the premature rusting of these frames due to poor quality steel and inadequate rust prevention coating. I reached out to my vehicle manufacture "care line". They stated they could not help me. My fear is my frame could break while driving and cause a vehicle accident. The worst frame damage is near the front wheels, both sides. The body, engine, transmission and all other safety components are solid and working well. Side Note: My dad owns a 1992 full size pickup truck (different manufacture). The frame is still solid. My truck is 10 years newer and the frame is falling apart due to manufacture using poor quality steel.Read more

The first time this happened I went to the gas station to fill a gas station to fill up a gas tank and added it my car. The car said I had a quarter tank when it stalled, but when I added the gas I was nearly empty. I was able to drive it to Alfa and they said I didn’t need a need a new fuel pump but don’t run it under 1/4 tank. I bought the car with 30k miles and apparently the fuel pump was already replaced under warranty. The second time this happened was in Dec 2023 and my car won’t get looked at until Jan 30th, 2024. I read up and there are other complaints of the same issue. This has to be corrected or someone will secretly injured. I’m scared to drive the car and will ultimately sell it because it is NOT safe.Read more

The electric systems could short out, spark, and cause a fire, posing a risk even when the car was not in operation. 2 The possibility of the presence of invisible mold spores that grow quickly inside a closed car environment is a serious health risk for those who have a high allergy to mold, allergic asthma, COPD or other lung problems. 3 Some vehicles also experienced water entry from a firewall separation from the windshield. If the firewall is part of the unibody construction and protection for components and passengers, this is concerning. 4 Inadequate or improper repair instructions cause new owner concerns regarding the integrity of their vehicle. A. Hyundai only authorized dealers to “...insert sealant in the area that has been improperly sealed.” An auto water leak tech reported such windshield leaks require a glass company for repairs. The dealer reported around eight other vehicles have experienced the leakage at their shop. I know of no inspections by Hyundai or other service techs but is available. I did not know my car had water in the passenger side for the two months I had it. These models have been exposed to water entry from their manufacture date from this defect that somehow slipped through inspection and quality control. My son was looking to get his new tires aligned, and was informed by the mechanic that he would need to replace both side rear lower control arms, as Toyota had performed a safety recall GOV, resulting in the arms being epoxied, and therefore cannot be adjusted/ aligned. I contacted Toyota customer experience center (800 331 4331 - 1/16/2024) and she could not even call up the original recall.

My question is: How can Toyota permanently remove a vehicle feature (adjustability of the suspension arms), and then require car owners to bear the brunt of re-installing the arms when you need to align your tires? This "solution" is totally unfair. I just purchased a new set of tires, and based on Toyota's "solution" I need to pay out of pocket to replace the control bars and/or damage my tires and have to replace them early. My airbag light has been illuminated for the past few months. It does not illuminate while someone is in the seat. Once reset, it stays off for a while. When checked, the mechanic informed me that the sensor in my passenger seat needs to be replaced. Due to this malfunction, the vehicle may improperly deploy airbags. Call the dealership about the issue but never received a call back. Now here it [XXX], the vehicle cuts off at a 4 way stop light, we were in the turning lane!!!! the vehicle would not start, there virtually no power, had to move the vehicle to a parking lot around the corner, called a tow truck and had the vehicle towed to the Kia dealership. They are saying it will take 3-5 days before they can get a diagnosis done. There is something going on with this vehicle, and I do not feel safe driving it even a short distance. This problem needs to be investigated before some get hurt/accident. I have not a seen a recall on my VIN number but there is something on wrong very similar to the transmission problems the Kia is having. I would like to have this issued looked at immediately to find out the root cause of this problem with a resolution. I’ve spoken with 3 different mechanics, that all stated this is common with this model…with no solution, no recall, and no idea what part to repair. I’ve been told throttle body, throttle body clutch, starter, etc…No one really knows where to start. And those parts are NOT cheap to replace as an experiment. I bought my Jeep new, with only 3 miles on it. This issue is new, within the last 2 weeks. The losing oil has continued since purchase, and it will cut off if the oil is low. This is different. ... stunk like chemical. I pulled off into desert, away from the noisy traffic and checked dipstick. Dipstick was dry as a bone, but after putting 2 quarts in it showed as too full. I was able to get AI to admit that there is another reservoir for the oil. This means that the oil can be siphoned out of the engine. A man was standing very close to my parked car and signalling to someone else further away as I got in with my Door dash Delivery. The car sputtered as soon as I drove away. I made it to my first drop off and it started losing power, once I hit the light, it started smelling like a fire and I saw smoke. I instantly smelled a very strong chemical, as if a bulb of the crap exploded. This is when I drove further into the desert to get away from the insanely loud and obnoxious traffic and checked the oil. I don't know what I would do without a car. The dealership wouldn't let me park my trailer to change my oil. Driving to drop off my trailer, I sat at a light stopped, and the vehicle jumped forward as if someone hit me or rather my trailer. Passenger side, side view mirror will intermittently turn all the way in and down. This makes it impossible to see traffic on your side. Once it turns in, it is stuck and you need to get out of the car to physical move it so the motor will adjust it again. This can happen at anytime and has happen at least 10 times since we've purchased the car on 12/29/2023

Unknown. The steering wheel feels like it gets stuck when I'm driving at 45 mph+, but especially around 70 mph. It's like the steering wheel is locked and I have to forcefully tug it to correct my driving, but then it gets stuck all over again, so it's a constant back and forth while making minor corrections when driving.
