On 03Feb24, immediately following a 4-wheel alignment of my 2022 Subaru Outback Limited, my vehicle’s suspension feels unstable over patched potholes or rough/broken pavement. ... on. The condition happens periodically at highway speeds. I’m afraid my vehicle might lose grip and crash. I have brought my vehicle in twice to my local Subaru dealership for inspection. The mechanics have been able to witness the condition. A few measures were taken to remedy the condition including, vehicle re-alignment, installation of one shock absorber on the rear suspension to no avail. The mechanic report, issued 10Apr24, states the condition may be due to the brand new tires installed on 19Feb24. However, this assessment is inconclusive and requires expensive trail and error tied to buying a new set of tires. The condition started on the OEM tires and still occurs with the new set of tires. The condition began 03Feb24, immediately following it’s first ever 4-wheel alignment at the dealership. I have been trying to get this fixed since then. They mention that it’s a known problem for the TCM (mechatronic valve throttle body control module to go bad). Manufacturer has not inspected vehicle. I took the vehicle to a shop (not a dealer) and they diagnosed the airbag light as being caused by the driver's side seatbelt retractor spring malfunction. Faulty design by honda for sunroof drain tubes. Clogged drain tubes cause water to intrude cabin and get fuse panel wet and inoperperable. Nothing about drain tube maintenace in manual. Honda denied repair stating because of rain. No easy access to clean drain tubes on vehicle. Cost me over $2000 for repairs to be made. Had to replace all fuses and fuse panel.

I was headed to work, had car in snow mode, attempted to pull out into traffic (thankfully with a whole lot of room between me and oncoming traffic!) and the car would NOT move. It literally stalled/lagged and would not go. I was almost read ended on a highway!!! This is not ok! I took the Palisade into the Dealership to look at/test and they "could not get it to replicate the issue". I also submitted a complaint to Hyundai Corporate, and after speaking with a Case Manager several times over the phone and via email - including sending them recorded video documentation of the issues, Hyundai determined that they would do nothing about this and would not even purchase the vehicle back. They could care less that a vehicle they produced is causing major safety issues for the public. I am beyond irate! We way overpaid for this car ("high demand" at the time of purchase) - $15,000 down, and because Hyundai does not care about their product, we just traded the vehicle in to get rid of it and had to pay an additional $7,000 out of pocket. There are literally NO WORDS!!! My families safety is worth more than the money we lost out on with that awful vehicle.Read more

After almost a minute we were able to put the fire out, and discovered the whole electrical area for the fan was melted and destroyed. There was never any type of warning light or any information at all that would have told me a problem was imminent. Im thankful it wasn;t myself alone or with my kids just driving down the highway because it would have taken over the whole vehicle before i would have known it was having any issues at all. The part is still on the vehicle, which has become inoperable and now any attempts to check the vehicle out have realized that another issues with BMW's is also causing problems with my vehicle. It appears an actual recall was never issued for my actual VIN, rather a collection of years and makes.
