Over the past 2 weeks my Telluride has stalled when restarting at a turn or sign sign 3x. I didn't take it to the mechanic yet because it restarts fine and there are no lights on the dashboard or codes so I know the mechanic would send me away. Tonight I was driving home on a local highway and heard horrific sounds coming from the car and smoke from under the hood. I pulled over to the side of
... the road, the lights all came on the dashboard, and the car turned itself off and would not come back on. I had to be towed. After my Telluride was up on the flatbed, the tow truck driver told me it was bad news. He pointed to some liquid and debris on the road and told me those were pieces from my engine. My engine blew up! He said it was a known thing with Kia engines. My car is 3 years old and had 69,500 miles on it. i have made sure it has all needed upkeep.Read more

Basically, this is a common problem with the c300 coupes, I had an recall to replace front stationary sunroof panel. My sunroof panel started lift the last few months in 2022, therefore I took it to the dealership at the start of 2023 which they notified me this was a big problem and was unsafe on the road because it will eventually lift off while driving. Sense my engine lights were on and needed

I had one problem about why would I be charged $400 for windshield seal which I assume was apart of the problem with sunroof panel seal. After car was in shop for quite some time, they fixed my sunroof panel that had an recall. About a month later, the sunroof panel was lifted and started to come off. I brought the car back into service which service advisor notified that he ordered about sunroof panel. I called the service advisor about once a week to check sunroof panel but I kept getting the run around for months. Finally, recently I went to another dealership and they told me that about 30 sunroof panel were in stock at near by warehouse which means the previous dealership was not trying to fix the problem but were happy to charge me 8k to fix my car. Please I need help with this situation and I will attach photo of invoice. Please I want to know of I can have another recall on the same particular problem. Thank youRead more

There is condensation and moisture present inside the high definition front headlight assemblies, which causes the headlight illumination to be diminished and created a visibility hazard while driving at night. Ram 3500 Larime Crew Cab Deisel with 47,800 miles. We were driving home from our seasonal campsite, (about a 2 hour trip on highway) and it began to rain (about 15 minutes into the trip) it continued to rain very hard at times the whole trip home. Around 30 minutes into our trip the ABS warning light, Check Engine light, & Traction Control light came on. I pulled to the shoulder of the road and
... waited for a lull in the rain. I then opened the hood and inspected to see if something was shorting out electrically. I couldn't see or smell anything, so we decided to continue on our way. We exited the highway and took non-highway route home. I did not notice any issues while braking or driving that concerned me enough to have it towed. I pulled the truck into the garage (under our house) and unloaded our belongings from the weekend. I went down to the garage about 2 hours later (the key fob was upstairs) when I walked behind the truck, the cargo light and interior lights came on. This didn't make sense to me because the key fob was not anywhere near the truck. It was still raining so I decided to disconnect the batteries (2 batteries on the Cummins) rather than put the truck outside in the rain. Didn't want to take the chance of burning my house down. This was the first time this has happened (7-16-2023) I research to see if anyone else had similar issues and found a considerable number of owners with this similar complaint. The vehicle has not been taken to the dealer as of this writing. Having to pull to the side of the highway during heavy rain, put my family and others at risk. Given the number of complaints that I was able to read, I would say these issues should warrant a recall.Read more

In late March 2023, the touchscreen on my Bronco went dead, along with the USB ports in the console below. With the dead screen, I have no back up camera, which is a huge safety concern. Also, all other features managed by the touch screen are gone (no radio, no navigation, no hands free phone usage, etc.). I have been to the dealer twice, and they said we just have to wait for Ford engineers

We purchased our 2018 AUDI Q5 in May 2018, which currently has 31,567 miles. Having done the majority of the driving, I am pleased overall, and continue to be a proud AUDI owner. However, as with all new cars, we had some glitches. For example, when backing out of the garage, the pre-sense would activate for no apparent reason, causing the brakes to lock up This happened three times and each tim
... e the Service Department was able to recalibrate the system. I felt the problem was resolved until recently when it occurred for the fourth time. This is not the reason for my letter but is intended to provide background information I feel is related to a more serious problem. Recently I have experienced situations that concern my safety and the safety of my passengers, not to mention other drivers, especially those immediately behind me. On two occasions while driving on the open road, the brakes have slammed on even though, fortunately, there were no other vehicles or impairments near us. (Incident dates: 05/28/2023 and 06/09/2023.) It was indeed a frightening experience, to the point where my wife will not drive the car believing that the potential for another incident could occur (reference previously mentioned backup issues). My AUDI Advisor, whom I highly regard, has provided me with a five step procedure for bypassing the associated emergency braking pre-sensor(s), which requires being activated with each drive cycle. I did some online investigating and discovered that this is a known problem since at least 2016 as you will read in the attached article. Also included is a related Audi Technical Service Bulletin. https://www.audiworld.com/forums/a4-b9-platform-discussion-212/permanently-disable-pre-sense-2945351/ https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2020/MC-10176756-0001.pdf Reference Page 7. After years of known awareness on the part of AUDI corporate, I would conclude this work-around is not a fix but a design flaw and known safety risk.Read more

My vehicle's windshield washer sensor has malfunctioned as it regularly flashes a warning light indicating low washer fluid regardless of the actual washer fluid reservoir level. Infiniti vehicle forums as well as my independent mechanic note this problem to be fairly widespread and, according to my mechanic, is also prevalent in certain Nissan models. I brought this matter to the attention of Infiniti's Customer Care team but no action was taken to remedy the situation nor does it seem any action will be forthcoming. While this may seem to be a relatively small issue, such small issues can still result in significant negative outcomes if not addressed.
