My vehicle has been taken to the Mercedes dealership multiple times from 2/24/25 -12/14/25 (10 Mths) for the following issues and still no resolution to the problem. Each time they say they've fixed the issues we get the car home and end up bringing it back a couple days later for the exact same issue. These incidents are very serious safety hazards to the driver of the vehicle, other drivers and pedestrians. On several occasions we've addressed these problems with the dealership and still no resolve. However, we are paying very expensive labor fees only to return it with the same problems repeatedly and no explanation as to why the problem keeps recurring. We have receipts, photos and videos of this problem because the dealership kept stating they weren't seeing the issues we were seeing. However, after we presented the evidence and confirmation we have, they stated that they would conduct a diagnostic test and take a look, but the issues still have not been resolved after several times picking it up after they stated that they had changed the instrumental cluster. The last time after we returned it they discovered they had put the wrong part in the vehicle, however the same issues occurred with that part as well which is the reason we returned it to be looked at again. They changed it and still the same issue has repeated again. This is concerning and alarming that we were trusting them to work on the vehicle and driving the vehicle home thinking it is fixed and then discovering that they had put a wrong part in the car.Read more

The contact mentioned he contacted his insurance company, and they informed him that the vehicle was a total loss. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and they transferred him to the escalation department and informed him that an inspector would inspect the vehicle, and he had to wait seven to ten business days for a resolution. There is a SERIOUS safety-related FSD (full self driving) fundamental design flaw with stop sign behavior. ... ng the initial full stop beyond the stop sign at a location where the driver can see cross traffic. Sometimes the FSD initial full stop is 20, 30, 40, even 50+ feet back away from the edge of the road. At these distances from the edge of the road, most of the time, there is NO VISUAL of cross traffic left and right. The FSD stop then turns into the FSD "creep" where FSD, after stopping 30 feet back WILL THEN commit to the turn from 30 feet back giving drivers little to no time to see cross traffic. If I am the supervisor of FSD who is liable for my safety and my vehicle's safety, I need to be able to see cross traffic before my car (with FSD engaged) decides to commit to the turn, but FSD DOES NOT CARE IF THE DRIVER CAN SEE. The "creep" is perhaps the least human-like manuever that FSD performs. From the stopped location directly at the stop sign, they creep may inch up and stop again, it may inch up a COUPLE TIMES and stop again, it may pull up to the edge of the road and stop again, OR it may just pull out into oncoming traffic in one swift motion. Bc of this behavior, FSD has almost got rear ended countless times at stop signs. Also, cross traffic see's the creep and thinks i'm about to pull out in front of them Drivers go beyond the stop sign to a location where they can see to make their one and only full stop. To avoid this issue, FSD needs to do this too (i.e. make initial full stop at the edge of the road) This is legal in mostly every state (I live in PA) Tesla has not provided a single response to these reports and nothing seems to be getting done about it.Read more

My vehicle has been continuously out of service for over four months while awaiting completion of a battery recall repair. During this time, Audi and the auth
... orized dealership have repeatedly provided estimated timelines for repair completion based on expected parts deliveries. These timelines have consistently been missed. Most recently, Audi corporate confirmed that all required parts were expected to arrive by 12/12/25. However, Audi Parts Distribution has delivered only partial components on multiple occasions. Specifically, mounting harnesses have been delivered twice, but the required coolant hoses necessary to complete the battery installation have not been included. As a result, the vehicle remains unrepaired and inoperable. At no point has Audi provided a clear explanation of the full scope of repairs being performed, a definitive list of required components, or a reliable completion timeline based on confirmed parts availability. Communication has consisted primarily of assurances regarding ETAs that have proven inaccurate. The vehicle has now been unavailable for more than one-third of the calendar year and more than 12 percent of the total time I have owned it. Audi has acknowledged the delays but has declined to provide further assistance or resolution beyond minimal compensation, despite the ongoing inability to complete the safety recall repair. I am concerned not only about the prolonged loss of use, but about Audi’s apparent inability to effectuate a timely and complete remedy for a known safety recall. I am requesting NHTSA review whether Audi’s recall remedy process is being properly executed and whether similarly situated vehicles are experiencing comparable delays.Read more

I have almost been hit three times when the Audi brakes FOR NO REASON at all; people almost rear-end me because the Audi comes to an immediate halt. And there is no reason for the pre-sense to engage when it does go off. They are flukes. I am going to get seriously injured.

This is the second Mercedes-Benz vehicle I have owned where features were removed after purchase due to technology decisions made by the manufacturer and its partners. Rather than correcting the issue, the service is now being eliminated entirely. As a woman who travels, the loss of safety features is a serious concern. These systems were a factor in my decision to purchase this vehicle and brand. The removal of functionality reduces vehicle safety, usefulness, and value, leaving the consumer to absorb the loss or install third-party systems. I am not seeking reimbursement. I am seeking accountability. Vehicles should not lose safety or core functionality while still within their reasonable service life. Consumers should not bear the consequences of manufacturer technology decisions made years after purchase. This same failure occurred a second time under similar conditions, again while driving at highway speeds with fuel indicated on the gauge. The vehicle stalled and shut off unexpectedly, requiring another tow. During the second repair visit, Audi technicians confirmed that the fuel tank's internal level sensor was defective and that the vehicle was inaccurately reporting fuel levels. Audi's Technical Assistance Center instructed the dealer to replace the entire fuel tank assembly on this brand-new vehicle. This defect caused repeated loss of engine power while driving, creating a serious safety risk to myself and other motorists. Ford should be held responsible to pay for this issue as this is a SAFETY HAZARD both due to fire risk and secondly due to the hazard of shattering glass in the back seat. How many children in the back seat need to be killed or maimed in order for a recall? How many fires must occur before FORD takes responsibility for this design flaw? And, it is a design flaw, as many have had the glass replaced only for it to happen again. The solution of having the back window replaced and unplugging the defroster should not be the burden of the consumer; the onus should be on Ford.Read more

Telematic Module System is malfunctions with a nationwide recall on the part. Chevy representatives have no date for when the part will be in. The computer system in the car is not working. I can't reach OnStar the internet I pay for doesn't work. My car has been in the service department for a month this year for the same problem and it's out again.
