A 3" piece came out of the center of tire for the complete circumference of the tire. Driver got stopped safely. recovered the piece which was still in one piece. experiencing what we did before, I had him take pictures of the tire with it still inflated and had him check the air pressure with a gauge. Tire was at 130 lbs warm with our normal cold setting being 122-123. This incident occurred near Taft, CA so I learned of Tyack Tires and Had 2 new Michelins put on and had driver bring both tires off the front back along with the center piece. I have tire in my possession. My dealer sent tires and center piece to Goodyear for damage claims, as both times it destroyed the entire fender linings and headlight. Goodyear declined damages stating "Over Deflection", which is chronic underinflation, but that is not the case. I had request in writing for my tires to be returned along with the piece. They shipped tires back without the piece, I requested the piece again and received an email stating there was no piece. My dealer says it was sent to them that it was placed inside the tire that it came off of. I've been doing business with this dealer over 16 years, maybe closer to 18. I have pictures of the tires and piece and all damages. I had the same steer tires replaced on the twin to this truck, VIN ending in [XXX] , with new Michelins as well. ... k into the auto place that just preformed my oil change thinking they had done something wrong. They did a throughall diagnostic of my car and my car was read that my catalytic converter was bad. So I then got my car to the Pearson Hyundai dealership where there formally diagnosed my car stating that I needed to replace my catalytic converter for 2500 - 3000, but I had done my research and new it was a known problem. People in several Hyundai Forums have been complaining about this same issue. I asked for assistance in getting my car repaired from Pearson Hyundai, Hyundai USA, and I even wrote a letter to the CEO of Hyundai to no avail. I have been without my car since June. Hyundai has a real issue with oil consumption, bad catalytic converters and they need to replace my engine warranty or not. I feel my vehicle is very unsafe and I am nervous to drive it. I can't drive it if I wanted to more then a few feet because it chokes up and the goes 3-5 miles per hour feel like it is going to die at any moment. I am asking that Hyundai take ownership of it's faulty car parts and do the right thing by its consumers. Anything could have happened to me in that day in June and it seems nobody is worried about it. I talk to daisy at acura corporation relations and disagreed with the answer because the motor mount is a common problem for acura 3.5rl because the angle sensor can not be connected with out replacing the driver door side motor mount I gave her the part number from acura warehouse parts and she couldn't the part and told me it was discontinued part number 50815-sz3-033. There is no refund for the trouble that this part has cost me. The high pressure power steering switch is also discontinued. Front Dashboard is made out of very glossy plastic and it causes very severe glare at almost any hour of the day or even at nights whenever passing by a street lights. Amount of glare is so severe that driving at sunrise or sunset is almost impossible without a polarizing glass. Visibility is severely affected due to the material choice.

Car had less than 3000 miles when crack occurred. Appears that windshield was not properly bonded to the vehicle. Paid Safelite $348.03 for windshield replacement.

I had it towed once again to the local Dealership. They evaluated the vehicle and stated that the engine and turbo were both defective and it would be $9,000 to repair. They told me that this vehicle would definitely catch on fire if I had driven it after the failure. FORD is now denying any help with repairs and told me good luck.
