Purchased vehicle in question on 9/11/25 as a lease through the local Jeep dealership near my residence. Sometime around 4/26 to 5/26 my vehicle started to display odd operational patterns which were brought to my local dealerships attention. The first event where I was able to record any type of documentation was around 5/25/26. While driving, the vehicle would suddenly go into "limp mode" and ra
... pidly decrease speed. Several check engine lights would appear to include: Service Electronic Throttle Control, Service Electronic Stability Control, Traction Control and the standard CEL. When this does happen, the vehicle will decrease speed suddenly without warning and becomes difficult to operate until it is pulled over and parked. Vehicle has been to my local dealership several times (4) and out of service for over 70 days with the latest stay 30+ days. According to documentation from the dealership, the listed error/issue has been recreated on their end at least one time but no data was captured with that fail. My local Jeep dealership Service Manager (CF) replied to an email of mine (7/16/26 at 1703) with the following statement: Verified customer concern of check engine light on connect to wytec and found p2173 stored in powertrain control module. Also found c121c stored in ABS module. Believe ABS code is related to PCM code, cleared codes test drove multiple times. Finally able to get customer concern to duplicate but no data was captured on this failure. We are continuing to drive the vehicle while monitoring data to catch freeze frame data while concern occurs but have not been able to do so far at this time. The condition, when it occurs presents a serious safety concern for the driver and other drivers as it will cause a sever throttle limitation and can cause the vehicle to slow down rapidly. As of 8/9/26, no fix confirmed for my vehicle and the dealership and manufacture are pushing to return my vehicle with confirmed fix. Jeep case number 97378351Read more

Tesla was in FSD and had the latest software update installed on 8/6/28 which included the new FSD version released. On 8/7/28 on the way to work that my wife takes every time she goes to work the FSD ran over a large pot hole which it had never done before on the previous FSD version. The car started having rattling of the steering wheel and a rattling noise from over the rear driver wheel area.
... The next available Tesla service appointment was on 8/27 but we walked in and Tesla offered to do an alignment and found that the driver front and rear rims were bent from the pothole and we had to be pay close to 1800$. Thereafter, the rattling over the rear wheel well is louder but Tesla has not accommodated us with an earlier service appointment and refused to make any accommodations for the FSD update resulting in this damage.Read more

We have a 2015 Hyundai Tucson that we bought brand new. It has 80k miles on it. The car started using oil about three years ago. The dealer recommended replacement of the catalytic converter, which we did. The car continued to use oil, and the dealership had us replace the catalytic converter two more times, so three times total. Now the problem is occurring again and they are recommending replace
... ment of the catalytic converter for a FOURTH time. We have filed a claim with the manufacturer and have been going in circles with the dealership for months. It is our position that the repeated catalytic converter failure is caused by an underlying motor issue, which should be covered by the manufacturers warranty, but the dealer treated the symptoms instead and waited for the warranty expiration. This car is owned by my father, an [XXX] disabled veteran. He bought this car thinking it would be a safe and reliable vehicle for him to drive into his retirement years. Instead, Hyundai is repeatedly making him pay to replace the same part when it is clearly not resolving the oil consumption issue. He is being taken advantage of. Hyundai should honor their warranty. 1.) Following Hyundai's 9C2 Campaign update for the ECU that was completed back on May 27th, 2026, my 2015 Sonata went into limp mode [solid check engine light present] while I was accelerating up an on-ramp on the 2nd drive cycle since the update was performed. I was already far away from the dealership so I was forced to limp it to my local shop that I regularly use to have it checked out. It wa
... s confirmed that the code on the vehicle was P200A for intake manifold runners. Since the update was for smog regulation, the code was cleared in order to see if it would come back. Since then, it has not, however the vehicle continues to have one persistent problem. The RPMs will dramatically dip and then surge back upwards while the car is coasting (no gas and no brake applied). 70% of the time, you can feel the car violently jerk as it appears to try and correct itself. 2.) I've brought this car to multiple dealerships, have a case open with corporate and have also found that this is a systemic issue with this specific update in these cars. All and all, nothing has been done. I'm repeatedly turned away over and over again because their techs are only permitted to look into it once they have hard evidence of a fault. In this case, that would be a dashboard light. I'm told that I may only return if the check engine light comes back, which as I mentioned previously, posed a HUGE safety risk to myself the first time it appeared. If I can only go 55mph down the highway, I am at risk of being rear-ended or struck in some way. 3.) The problem has not been reproduced by the dealer as they will not test drive it to see the dip and spike. However, the code was still pending for awhile in the vehicle before it cleared it on its own, so that was acknowledged by at least one place. 4.) Vehicle has not been inspected by anyone but a dealership and local mechanic. 5.) No other signs prior to the vehicle limping out on me other than some acceleration concerns on May 27th, 2026.Read more

On one occasion in traffic a week before, the vehicle stalled unexpectedly. At the time I thought I did something wrong and didn't initially think it was a defect. This has created a safety concern because the vehicle appears to accelerate or push forward without me doing anything. The condition raised concerns about maintaining control of the vehicle in traffic and while stopped behind other vehicles. The vehicle was inspected by a Kia dealership. I was informed that a technician performed a road test and was able to reproduce the concern I reported. The dealership initially identified contaminated A/C refrigerant and recommended evacuation and recharge of the A/C system. After further diagnosis, I was informed that the A/C compressor may have internal damage and may require replacement. The root cause of the unexpected revving, stalling, and lurching has not been conclusively determined. I have received conflicting information regarding whether the A/C system is responsible for the condition and whether the vehicle is safe to drive. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. Kia Customer Care reviewed the situation and recommended that the vehicle be evaluated by a different Kia dealership for a second opinion. No police report or insurance investigation has been conducted regarding this issue. Someone advised me to file this report, saying that an AC compressor can't make a car engine lurch.Read more

The vehicle's Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) safety network experienced a total electrical blackout, resulting in complete airbag non-deployment during a severe unibody-deforming hit-and-run collision. The vehicle was stationary when a high-speed car rammed the passenger side and front profile. Kinetic forces split the cast aluminum steering rack housing completely in half, fractured front CV
... axle joint cages, and shifted the engine subframe mounts (creating physical gaps and shiny mechanical abrasions beneath the rust layer). Despite catastrophic structural distortionâwhich twisted the greenhouse safety cage and cracked the windshield directly beneath the laser clusterâzero front, side, or curtain airbags deployed. No dashboard SRS warning lights illuminated prior to or after the crash.A post-crash scan by a Master Mechanic confirms high-speed CAN-bus fragmentation, storing module timeouts U016700, U042268, and steering column resistance deployment inhibitors B1C0224, B1CO424, B1C0524. Additional codes include P134600, P134613, P261086, P0A0F68, C006468, B109B15, B116415, and B108467.Teardown reveals extensive, pre-existing saltwater intrusion residue inside passenger footwell fuse blocks (Centers B/C) and the under-hood relay box, plus green cupric carbonate oxidation on chassis grounds. This induced extreme electrical resistance, blinding the SRS module's ability to read the crash pulse. Occupant safety was heavily compromised; the driver sustained a severe concussion, whiplash, and active neurological time-loss blackouts after being struck by flying cabin cargo during the pulse. Both front seatbelt receiver buckles permanently bound and locked. The vehicle was inspected by local police under an active criminal hit-and-run report. Diagnostic logs are preserved and available for federal review.Read more

Two RAM dealers are saying the issue is the speed sensor, which has been replaced over three times. The RAM dealership had to open an engineer ticket with the manufacture, but the issue is not fixed. The Jacksonville service manger told me I can keep bringing the truck in, but until a different manufacture makes a new speed sensor, the truck will continue to have the same issue. I use the RAM 3500 to pull my RV. Brake system failure put myself and family and others safety at risk while on the road, therefore, I do not drive the truck in fear the brake system will fail and I won't be able to stop 20,000 pounds of truck and RV. Problem Description: I am reporting a safety-related issue affecting multiple driver assistance systems on my 2017 Acura MDX. ... en these warnings appear, all of these safety systems become unavailable. The warning indicators remain on, and the systems do not function even after restarting the vehicle. The 12-volt battery was replaced approximately one month before this issue began, and the engine starts and runs normally. Despite the new battery, the warnings continue to appear, making the vehicle's advanced safety features unusable. This appears to be a widespread issue reported by many owners of the 2017 Acura MDX. Since multiple critical safety systems fail simultaneously, I believe this may be related to a defect in the vehicle's electrical system, charging system, control modules, wiring, or communication network. Because these features are designed to help prevent accidents, their sudden loss creates a significant safety concern. I respectfully request that Acura investigate this issue and consider issuing a recall or extending warranty coverage if a common manufacturing defect is identified.Read more

U.S. registered Tesla operating in [XXX]. Full Self-Driving engaged. Dark, nighttime conditions. On the day after taking delivery of my 2026 Tesla Model Y, FSD reversed into a visible stationary garage pillar while backing into my garage. The vehicle did not stop before impact and stopped only after contacting the pillar, resulting in more than $6,000 in vehicle damage. The following day, while FSD was attempting a left turn at an intersection, the vehicle nearly entered the opposing-traffic
... lane before making several hesitant steering corrections. I disengaged FSD and completed the turn manually to avoid a potential collision. Both incidents occurred within two days of delivery. Tesla has opened a service case, escalated the matter to its engineering team for review, and I have requested preservation of all available vehicle data. I am submitting this complaint because these incidents raise concerns about the safety of FSD behavior.Read more
