TOWED THE CAR TO F AIRFIELD HONDA, WHERE THEY HAD HONDA INSPECTORS CHECK OUT THE CAR. THEY USED THE SAME EXCUSE AS TOYOTA SEVERAL YEARS AGO, THE FLOOR MATS WERE UNDER THE GAS PEDDLE. THE CAR WAS NEVER DRIVEN WITH THE MATS UNDER THE GAS PEDDLE, IT WAS NOT LIKE THAT AT THE DEALER, IT WOULD BE HARD TO DO WITH THE STEM OF THE GAS PEDDLE GOING UP INTO CHASSIS, AND NOT DOWN INTO FLOOR. AFTER 1 YEAR, THE ROAD NOISE IN THE CABIN GREW AND MY PASSENGERS WOULD COMPLAIN. FINALLY THE DEALER IDENTIFIED THAT THE RIGHT REAR WHEEL BEARING WAS BAD. ONCE REPLACED, THE ROAD NOISE AND VIBRATION IMPROVED CONSIDERABLY. HOWEVER, WHEN I DRIVE A LOANER FROM THE DEALERSHIP, IT DRIVES MUCH SMOOTHER THAN MY CAR SO THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT FULLY FIXED.
