“Engine Maintenance Required, See your dealer” light comes on the dashboard with a warning bell. Did a diagnostic test, and the code is the coolant bypass valve malfunction. This seems to be a common issue among 2020-2021 models. This has been inspected by professional mechanics.

The digital instrument cluster (dashboard screen) and the infotainment screen went black while I was driving. This meant I was unable to see my MHP or any critical information on my car. I was listening to music and first it stopped, then a moment later both screens went black. This lasted for 30 seconds until one came on followed by the other.

Car safely parked in driveway was turned on to defrost snow from it (no ice). When completed, drivers side mirror was cracked from corner to corner. Premature transmission failure. Vehicle had less than 100K miles. Took the vehicle in for an oil change before a long trip. Mentioned a "whine" during acceleration. Told us that the entire transmission would need to be replaced immediately at a cost of over $10,000. Made an appeal to Toyota to help with the cost of replacement and we were denied.

In 2023 while the vehicle was still under warranty, the vehicle would slip gears while accelerating. After being told it was fixed by a Ford dealership, it worked until 2024, as the vehicle hit 60,020 miles. Over 1000 dollars of repairs to the transmission, it is happening again. No help from either Ford or the dealership that worked on it twice.

No visible speedometer as the dashboard was either blank or flashed message "No Signal". The HUD was not showing either. A vehicle unable to display the speed is inherently unsafe. This occurred with an overnight parked car. After about 20 minutes of driving, normal operation resumed.

Immediately after taking it home from a dealership, I noticed the MMI system wasn’t turning on. I figured it would fix itself, but it’s been 4 days and nothing has happened. The screen stays black when starting the car. When I reset the MMI by holding the volume knob for 10 seconds, it briefly turns on but shuts itself off right after.
