While FSD is engaged, the vehicle exhibits dangerous and unpredictable behavior, including: Crossing over double yellow lines into opposing traffic, Driving significantly below the speed limit (e.g., ~4 mph in a 25 mph zone), Stopping in the roadway without any traffic or obstructions, Swerving within the lane while attempting to maintain position, Hesitation during turns, stop signs and at intersections. Tesla has attempted multiple repairs, including replacing steering-related components and multiple cameras across separate service visits. These repairs did not resolve the issue. At my last service visit Tesla has since indicated that the problem is likely software or firmware-related and that there is currently no available fix, with a recommendation to wait for a future update of an unknown timeline. If their statement is correct, this issue should be affecting every vehicle out there on the same software. At this time, I have been advised not to use a system that controls steering, braking, and acceleration due to safety concerns, and no timeline or resolution has been provided. I am submitting this complaint because the system behavior presents a potential safety risk to myself, passengers, and other drivers, and the manufacturer has not provided a current fix despite multiple confirmed service visits. These events caused driver distraction and a startle effect while the vehicle was in motion, increasing safety risk to vehicle occupants and others on the road. The issue is ongoing intermittent and reproducible during normal driving conditions. The vehicle was presented to an authorized dealer multiple times. A software update was performed in an attempt to correct the issue, but the condition continued. The dealer advised that replacement of infotainment components such as the CMU or display may be required. The vehicle has been inspected by an authorized dealer on multiple service visits. The issue was also reviewed by the manufacturer customer experience case management team which acknowledged understanding of the malfunction but declined repair assistance. No police or insurance inspections have occurred. No warning lights or messages appear before the malfunction. Symptoms occur without warning and include random touchscreen activation, system freezing or rebooting, unintended phone dialing, and unexpected loud audio. The issue began after purchase and has continued despite repair attempts. Similar infotainment malfunctions including ghost touch behavior, screen freezing or rebooting while driving, unintended audio behavior, and dialing issues have been documented in manufacturer service bulletins affecting comparable vehicles, indicating this issue is not isolated.Read more

... ile I drove. When at the dealership, I was told that they were locating the part, and would let me know if they were able to service my car that day. Not long afterwards, I was told that they were able to locate the part and my car could be serviced today for the Rear Toe Link safety recall. The shuttle took me home a while later and once I received a call back from the dealership that my car was ready for pick up, I returned back to the dealership. I then received my key and paperwork at the checkout counter and my car was driven back to me. The car was still on so I drove it back home, parked in my garage and turned it off. After 30 minutes, I started my vehicle and the same warning lights and message to Service the StabiliTrak, as well as the chiming were still on my dashboard as if the part was never replaced. When I spoke with the dealership service representative and the service manager later on, both men told me that the message warnings on my car and on the flyer about the Rear Toe Link Safety Recall had nothing to do with the Rear Toe Link Safety Recall. They said that I would have to pay a diagnostic fee to determine the cause for the message/chimes which could be other things. None of this information was on my checkout paperwork or discussed with me when I picked up my car that same day. At this point, I don't trust the information told to me over the phone and I don't trust if I pay for a diagnostic test, they would be honest to say that it was because of the safety recall. Toyota and the dealership later claimed that the recall had been repaired only after the stated 60-day buyback review period had expired, yet NHTSA’s VIN lookup still showed the same recall as unrepaired for my vehicle. No credible current documentation was provided showing the exact recall repair completion date or the work performed. Under these circumstances, I am not comfortable accepting return of the vehicle. My children ride in the rear seat, and because this recall involves the seat / seat track area, I cannot reasonably be expected to trust the vehicle without clear proof that the recall repair was properly completed. I have also experienced a serious accident in the past, which makes this issue even more concerning to me. At this point, I have lost confidence in Toyota’s handling of this matter. The problem has been confirmed by Kia Customer Care, who verified that my vehicle is included in recall SC368. The dealership also confirmed the recall exists but stated the remedy is not yet available. However, when I contacted NHTSA by phone to file a complaint, the representative stated they could not find my vehicle in their recall database, directly contradicting Kia's confirmation. This discrepancy between Kia's internal records and NHTSA's database is concerning and may prevent other affected owners from being aware of the safety risk. Finally they informed us that we need to pay for a diagnostic test that was well over $100 and we brought it to their attention that it has not been right since we got the car back so why should we have to pay for a dianostic test? We went to pepboys to get the diagnostic test that was cheaper and they informed us that Ford should have removed and replaced the canister purge solenoid when putting in a new engine. Without doing that, it could ruin the engine again as well as the canister purge solenoid. We did research to learn they should have replaced the canister purge solenoid as well. My husband called and left several messages and no one would return his call. Once again he called them today and a "Jim" called back from Holman Ford, Maple Shade [XXX] saying that the recall was on a new engine and they did not have to replace the canister purge solenoid. He told my husband it would be cheaper to go to PepBoys to replace the canister purge solenoid. Is this true that they did not have to replace the canister solenoid? After a recent purchase of a new 2026 Jayco Greyhawk 29MV RV, I discovered my 2 cats trying to enter a previously unknown and unfinished opening adjacent to a designated sleeping/play area of my RV in the cab overhead. One of the cats was panicked as he was stuck in the opening. The opening is very difficult to see unless you climb well forward into the sleeping area for closer examination which

The area contains a very long area of sharp, unfinished and in some places splintered fiberglass edging that actually goes the entire distance around the window opening. Since this easily accessible area is intended for sleeping/playing, a curious child could attempt reaching into the area to retrieve a toy or a pet could enter it and get cut by the unfinished fiberglass or be unable to exit. Portions of the fiberglass are inward flexible which increases chances of an entry and then unable to exit. The area also has accessible loose insulation which further increases the safety hazard. My concern is that a child or pet getting inside and being unable to exit with getting severe cuts from the sharp fiberglass surface. I reported this to the dealer who then informed Jayco who agreed to pay the dealer a whole "0.5 hours" labor for the dealer to "figure out a fix" for the issue. Apparently this issue is in many different makes/models (per the local dealer) and I feel there should be a proper fix applied to all of the fleet rather than a local patch merely to appease just the one customer that found the issue. As a retired military Safety Manager who authored numerous safety messages for issues for Army aviation, I feel this should be investigated for a possible fleetwide safety recall. However, it has occurred multiple times during normal driving conditions. I am in the process of having the vehicle inspected and documented by a dealership. I have been informed that prior issues may have been addressed; however, I was also told that the root cause has not been definitively identified, and there is no assurance that the stalling will not occur again. The vehicle has been in service multiple times without a confirmed fix. Despite this, I have also been told that there are “no safety concerns” and that the vehicle is safe to operate. ... al. Didn't work so I checked the recommended fuse and it was good. Realized that the OnStar and truck's cellular/data was also not working. After more research, I found that it's a very commonly reported issue on 2022-2024 trucks. Apparently the Telematics module will freeze/glitch or fail. Took my truck down to American Chevrolet on April 13th for the Data Gateway Module recall# N242435631 and asked their service advisor if he could find out what's going on. After the recall was performed, he verified that the Telematics module is indeed dead but, because I'm at 39,000 miles, they could not fix it at no cost. The biggest reason why I've been driving this truck so frequently is because it's the safest truck we have and the Automatic Crash Response & Emergency GPS gives my girlfriend some piece of mind when traveling with our two sons. She now refuses to travel with me in the truck. I'm also upset that the cellular data is paid up until I believe March of 2027 and now I can't use services paid for but, I'm more concerned about the safety features that are no longer working. For this part to completely fail or lock up at under 40k miles is absolutely absurd. I'm going to request a Good Faith repair through GMC but, I want this to be documented. Intermittent issues with Bluetooth connectivity. Affects using phone hands free. Cannot have clear conversation. Only option (not an option) is to not use Android/Apple car play which is illegal.

Our camper has frame flex. We opened a claim in October 2025 with Grand Design. Received a letter stating they would cover any repairs. It's been in the shop now for over a month and they keep telling us the claim is "in review". Our upper deck frame is cracked/broken, our walls are separating, the door opens when we are traveling down the road. The roof is falling apart, bubbled and cracking.

I was not made aware of the recall on the rubber oil cooler hoses. The rubber hoses malfunctioned and all the oil leaked out on 4/13/2026. I paid to have fixed. Lexus kept the hoses. The left mirror is a blind site when making a left turn at stop signs. The front hood is too high. In a parking lot you can't see the curbs. Toyota said jack up the seat. That does not help. kids can't be seen in front of the car. This is a safety issue. The number of selections to set the car for driving don't work for older people. The gas and break petal don't work for disabled people.
