I am filing a safety complaint regarding my vehicle following service performed at a Kia dealership. My vehicle was returned to me on April 25, 2026, after being at the dealership for approximately one week. My husband left a voicemail with the dealership (Evans Kia) reporting the problem, and I reported the issue to Kia America that following Monday. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue through Kia America. I opened a case on April 17, 2026, and have followed up several times. The case has been escalated multiple times (including April 22 and April 28). I was informed that Kia America also reached out to the dealership, but despite this, I have not received any direct response from the dealership or instructions to bring the vehicle in for repair. Despite clearly stating that the vehicle may be unsafe to drive, there has been no urgency in correcting the issue. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed as a potential safety concern involving improper vehicle servicing and release of a potentially unsafe vehicle. Poor drainage resulting from vehicle design defect. BMW needs to remove or modify the drain outlet to prevent repeat flooding. The warranty and extended warranty never checked for this-- drainholes functionality which results in electronic malfunctioning and safety concerns. 2019 SIB should have enforced extended warranty to investigate and cover this design defect in this vehicle. We are submitting complaint to the office of defects and investigation and requesting a good will repair and replacement of faulty systems and mold abatement which will require replacement of the damaged and mold in the pax and rear trunk areas. ... in home estimate told me that a 2024 F 350 has an Automatic Return to Park shift feature that should have immediately moved the column mounted shift to Park and applied the emergency brake. This feature was apparently installed in all Super Duty trucks in 2023 when the electric column shifter was added. It did neither of these things and collided with the wall damaging the wall and drivers door. I believe this is a defect in a safety critical system and filed a complaint with the Ford Customer Service Concerns department. They told me they would escalate to their general counsel but if I filed an insurance claim, that the complaint would no longer be active. No lawyer I contacted would take my case because a significant personal injury did not occur. I was advised to file insurance claim for both home and property policies.Read more

I was not aware of this, and so not sure if my vehicle was part of the recall. However, Hyundai Motor America failed to notify me to take my vehicle in for a safety check for the vehicle coupler. And while I found that that my vehicle qualified for an extended warranty due to the recall, HMA so lacking in responsibility, sound business and moral ethics, let alone serious concern for my safety, claims that my vehicle is past the extended warranty by a completely insignificant mileage. As far as am concerned my vehicle is not safe to drive, and it remains at the dealership while I exhaust all avenues to have my car fixed. I’m just hoping for some kind of resolution here this is the fifth Bmw that I bought in my lifetime and I for the most part I’ve had pretty good ultimate driving experience and good customer service and some good financing but I can’t see why just recall wouldn’t cover my vehicle. Since the electric power output is unavailable, you have to mash the pedal to the flow to kick it out of electric mode. But this is also unsafe as now you start the engine (often cold as I was running electric mode) and you smash the rpm’s over 6k to launch the gas engine (That can’t be good for the engine long term) .
