Audi dealership charged fee for a repair that they the,selves acknowledged is under a technical service bulletin and despite my having extended warranty that is supposed to cover such repairs. This is for the main media interface going blank repeatedly every ~5 minutes or so while driving. Audi charged me for a repair that is a known safetyissue and is covered under warranty.

The backup camera failed and the screen is black with an error message. In a large cargo van it becomes nearly impossible to see behind you. The problem was reported to the RAM dealer in Broomfield, they inspected the camera and agreed it needed to be replaced. This issue had been going on for a full year at least.

After the car is warmed up after driving for a few minutes, I stop at a red light and the car's RPMS dip from 700 rpm idle to 500ish rpm, when it starts shaking. When an onstar module fails, the vehicle loses its safety features. No lane departure, no collision detection or pre-collision braking, no critical system checks.
