The infotainment screen on my ram 1500 is delaminating causing it to ghost press functions. This is resulting it starting and stopping music, phone calls, voice prompts, backup camera, mirror dimmer, etc. it has started doing this in the last month. It distracts the driver because the screen requires constant attention and can’t be turned off.

The tailgate automatically opens when I open the driver door. There is a recall on this for GMC Sierras, same model and year but were manufactured in Canada. Unknown what the problem part is but the car has a water leak that turned into mold behind the glove box and passenger side carpet. Have been having issues in the car as far as coughing and eyes burning. Had it inspected once and was told there was no water leak but had an accident recently and the shop saw mold and I found it throughout the passenger side of the car.

The issue is two fold, first the seal on the rear spoiler is defective and causing water to leak into the cab. Second, the seal around the rear power sliding window is defective and is also leaking into the cab. My safety concern is the amount of black mold that could be trapped between the headliner and roof putting myself and family at grave risk.

I took my truck to the dealership of Toyota in Riverside, CA and the staff there told me there was no recall for my vehicle. Can you please verify if my vehicle is under warranty? I also went to the smog inspection and told them about my situation and they said my vehicle may not be under recall since sometimes certain vehicles under the same year are grouped together with a specific recall.
