I was driving back from my daughter's tournament in [XXX] and while driving, I heard a loud Crack. It sounded like It came from the top of the car. When we got home I hit the button for the moonroof slide and noticed that the moorroof had cracked. There was no one in front of us and no debris when the loud Crack occurred. Luckily there was no glass shards that fell on the kids. I looked online
... and saw many other customers had this same scenario happen and glass fell on their children. Customers are also saying that this is due to cold/heat exposure. The Problem cannot be reproduced as it involves glass. And there are no warning lights for this issue. I am reporting the incident today to my dealer and insurance. I have owned my 2025 Jayco Granite Ridge 22T for approximately 9 months. I have encountered a number of warranty issues that are slowly being resolved. I write to you out of concern for a leaking pinion seal (at ~14,000 miles) that may lead to driveshaft and/or differential failure events including rear wheel lockup. This has been reported for the 2024 Jayco Granite Ridge 22T and a safety
... recall has been issued: Jayco Inc 24V-158 / Ford 24V-102 I have not been able to find any safety recalls to the 2025 model year, however I have been unable to determine any substantive differences between my 2025 unit and the 2024 units. Thus I suspect that the same issue for which the recall was issued on the 2024 model, also affects the 2025 model year. Ford tells me that driveline modifications occur after the vehicle leaves the Ford Factory. Jayco tells me that there are no driveline modifications that occur once the unit reaches the Jayco factory. So nobody seems to want to take responsibility for it. But my unit is marketed as a 'adventure capable" 4 season camper, which would be fine, but that means driving on snowy/icy mountain roads and potential exposes me to a rear wheel lockup event that could prove to be fatal in winter time conditions. I urge you to extend the recall noted above to the 2025 Model year.Read more

I am writing to file a complaint on the service that was provided at Vann York Honda. On February 17, 2026, I was returning home from work and my car had a hard idle at start up. I was able to drive it home without issue. The next day, February 18, I got in my car and I had another hard idle start with many check engine codes appearing on the dashboard. I drove it to Vann York Honda in High Po
... int, North Carolina for service. I was told it was a faulty fuel injector causing the problem and that it needed to be replaced. I left the car there over night and paid for the service; approximately $3,000. I got the car back on February 19. On February 20, I again had a rough idle on start up. I brought the car back to Vann York Honda and advised them that I was experiencing the same issue as before. The mechanic brought it to the back and advised me that he could not find anything wrong with the vehicle and that it is running fine. I expressed my concerns with the vehicle and he stated that without a error code or check engine light being on, it would be difficult to diagnose. The technician and the advisor said to keep driving it until a light comes on saying there is a problem since they could not find an issue. in the following 2 weeks, I had regular rough idles on start up and the fuel efficiency dropped approximately 6 miles per gallon. When I filled the car with gas, the fuel range dropped from 540 to 370. When I called about that issue, they said they reset the computer when performing the previous service on the vehicle and it is taking time for the computer to "learn" the car again. On March 6, I brought the vehicle back to Vann York Honda due to many check engine codes appearing on the dashboard. On the way to Vann York, the service advisor called me and stated that she would be reaching out to Honda Corporate to see about Honda paying for some of the cost of this service. I was driving down the highway with heater on and defrost. All of a sudden I hear a pop and my car started bogging down. I exited the highway to get out of danger, it then had a wrench light ( transmission) pop up and when I parked the car on the access road it started smoking a lot. I turned the vehicle off immediately and when I seen smoke coming from under the hood and into the cab of the car.

I own a 2021 Tesla Model Y with approximately 46,500 miles. The vehicle is currently displaying battery error code BMS_a079, and the battery will only charge to approximately 30%, which severely limits the driving range and makes the vehicle unreliable for normal use. I reported this issue to Tesla on March 6, but the earliest service appointment available to me is March 17 at the Tesla service c
... enter in Fayetteville, Georgia. Because Tesla service centers are not widely available, I must travel to another city to have the vehicle inspected. The limited battery charge creates a difficult situation because I must determine how to get the vehicle safely to the service center with very restricted range. I may have to arrange towing or attempt to drive a vehicle that cannot fully charge. This issue has also created a hardship for my household. I have a toddler and normal daily responsibilities, including errands and transportation needs, but the vehicle cannot reliably be used due to the charging limitation. Being without dependable transportation for an extended period of time places families like mine in a very difficult position. This problem appears to be related to the vehicle’s battery management system and is not the result of driver misuse. Consumers should not be placed in situations where a major battery fault leaves them with limited transportation options while waiting extended periods for service, especially when service centers are not easily accessible.Read more

I am submitting this complaint regarding a defective aftermarket Fuyao windshield installed by Safelite in my 2017 Nissan Altima. This windshield presents a serious safety hazard to drivers, passengers, and the public. Windshield Identification: [XXX] Solar Tint Hazard Description: • The Fuyao DOT-1038 windshield produces extreme glare, light scatter, and optical distortion, making driving haza
... rdous in daylight, low-angle sunlight, and nighttime conditions. • During daytime, sunlight reflecting off vehicles, the hood, and surrounding surfaces produces a snow-like field of intense points of light, severely impairing road visibility. • At night, oncoming headlights generate starburst patterns, temporarily blinding the driver. • Interior reflections from the dashboard amplify these effects. • These hazards are not present in OEM Nissan windshields and have been consistently reported by other vehicle owners and automotive technicians in online forums and discussions involving Fuyao DOT-1038 windshields. (Do a quick Google Gemini search on Fuyao-1038 and optical distortions) Incident: • On March 6, 2026, the glare caused a collision in a Walmart parking lot in [XXX] , where I struck a cement stop post that was obscured by the glare. • While no injuries occurred, the potential for serious injury or death was high. Consumer Pattern: • Multiple drivers have reported similar optical defects with Fuyao [XXX] / AS-1 M147 / FW4160 windshields, including excessive glare, light scatter, starburst effects, and unsafe driving conditions. • These reports indicate a systemic manufacturing or optical defect, making this an urgent safety concern. Safety Standard Reference: The optical behavior of this windshield raises concerns regarding compliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 205 (FMVSS-205), which governs optical clarity and safety requirements for automotive glazing materials. Once started, the vehicle did not turn off, even with key completely removed from ignition switch. This was repeatable, every ignition cycle, thereafter. I drove to the dealer, that morning. The dealer mechanic was required to shut off the engine. Dealer mechanic diagnosed failed Battery Junction Box. After Repair, Mechanic diagnosed faulty Body Control Module. Dealer mechanic also recommended replacement of full "Main" wiring harness, interconnecting the two. The cause for all failures was corrosion and electrical shorts due to water ingress. I am aware Ford has issued numerous TSBs and recalls for faulty BCMs, in the same age range as this vehicle. Also, TSBs for water intrusion into the BCM. The mechanic took photos of corrosion on both the BCM and main wiring harness. My prior vehicle was a 2011 Ford F-150, with the same 6.2L engine. No such faults were experienced up to Nov. 2023 sale. Photos of the corrosion on main wiring harness and BCM attached. Dealer has possession of the vehicle. Repairs in progress. I am reporting a suspected odometer fraud involving a vehicle I purchased from a licensed dealership approximately one year ago. At the time of purchase, the vehicle’s odometer displayed about 64,000 miles. The dealership paperwork and sales documents also listed the mileage as approximately 64,000 miles, and I relied on this information when purchasing the vehicle. After the purchase, the veh
... icle was financed through my bank and the title was processed by the lender. When the bank received the title documentation, the mileage listed on the title was 101,985 miles. This indicates a discrepancy of nearly 40,000 miles between the mileage represented at the time of sale and the mileage recorded on the title. Key details: * Odometer at purchase: approximately 64,000 miles * Mileage listed on dealership paperwork: approximately 64,000 miles * Mileage listed on title received by lender: 101,985 miles * Current odometer reading: approximately 73,000 miles This discrepancy suggests the possibility that the vehicle was sold with inaccurate mileage disclosure or that the odometer may have been rolled back before the sale. The inaccurate mileage may also create a safety risk because vehicle maintenance schedules rely on accurate mileage. If the vehicle had already exceeded 100,000 miles, important maintenance or inspections may have been delayed or missed, which could increase the risk of mechanical failure while driving. The issue has not been confirmed by a dealer or service center because it was discovered through documentation rather than mechanical inspection. The vehicle has not been inspected by the manufacturer, police, or insurance representatives regarding this issue. There were no warning lights or mechanical symptoms before the discrepancy was discovered. A copy of the paperwork from the dealer can be provided at a later date.Read more

My teenage daughter regularly drives this vehicle. The vehicle began experiencing significant oil consumption, oil leaks, and intermittent loss of power. Due to the symptoms and diagnostic code, the repair facility advised that the vehicle could be heading toward engine failure and recommended t

During the first visit, the dealership retained the vehicle for an extended period of time, approximately two months. During that visit, several recommended services were completed, including replacement of spark plugs, ignition wires, and replacement of the valve cover gasket along with other recommended maintenance. During that visit, it was also stated that the vehicle has a known issue with excessive oil consumption. Because of this, the oil level is checked weekly and oil is added as needed. I also informed the dealership that the independent repair facility had identified code P1326, but I was told that the dealership diagnostic codes were different. After these repairs, the vehicle experienced another incident where it lost power and began idling roughly while being driven on a busy highway. The vehicle was taken back to the dealership. During that visit, it was stated that the fuel injector harness and oil pressure sensor needed to be replaced. The dealership also indicated that the spark plugs needed to be replaced again, even though they had been replaced at the same dealership less than a year earlier. At that time, I asked if the vehicle would be safe to drive for approximately one week because I needed to travel out of town and my daughter would need the vehicle. This is regarding recalls for my 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Platinum Max. The vehicle has been in the possession of Koons Tysons Toyota since December 23, 2025 (80 days as of 3/11/26), for repair of Safety Recall #25TA13 and #25TB13 NHTSA 25V744) involving the Panoramic View Monitor System/Parking Assist ECU. The dealership has explicitly informed me that the vehicle is unsafe to operate
... and have therefore kept it. Toyota and its authorized dealer have made three (3) repair attempts to correct this safety defect. Two separate replacement components were ordered and installed without resolving the issue. A third required component is currently on backorder with no definitive ETA or repair completion date, as the date keeps getting pushed. We are not being updated and are not receiving information from the dealership and Corporate about the details about the problem and nature of the delay. Toyota has obligations under federal recall law administered by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to remedy safety defects within a reasonable time and at no charge to the consumer. An indefinite inability to complete a safety recall repair due to parts unavailability raises serious concerns under those obligations. Furthermore, a previous recall #25TA08 (NHTSA 25V595) which was supposedly completed on October 14, 2025 by the same dealership is showing as INCOMPLETE in the vehicle record with NHTSA.Read more

This was probably related to the various Covid 19 pandemic parts supply issues. Yesterday, while the car was being backed out of our garage, a young child was playing in the drive
... way directly in the vehicle’s rear blind spot. As usual, the camera was not functioning. Fortunately, an adult supervising the child noticed the situation and intervened, preventing what could have been a terrible tragedy. We have seen news reports about recalls addressing rear camera issues in many Ford vehicles—yet not for our 2015 Ford Fusion. How many serious incidents must occur before Ford takes action to correct this problem?Read more

It happened on February 17, 2026 around noon. My truck is park on the drive way, I went outside to checked the condition of the weather and I notice the driver side window glass looks like a crumpled Reynolds Aluminum wrap. I called Toyota Service Dept since the truck won't start. The battery was replaced and so is the window glass but, they told me it's not covered by the warranty. I paid the ne
... w window glass for $619.99. I called Geico my insurance and the deductible was $1,000.00. I told Geico I will not claim for the damages for now. I was wondering of all the cars and trucks park in our neighborhood, only my truck sustained this kind of damage. Would this fall under defective materials used by Toyota?Read more

I was driving my car one day and as I was coming down the road the car jerked and picked up speed like on its on and I had to really stop abruptly to stop the car. I thought that was strange, I didn't have any warning lights or any indication that anything was going on I just thought it was weird, then like 2 days later as was driving the car would do this random jerk but again no lights on any in
... dication anything was wrong so I went to work car seemed fine, got on the high way to go pick up my grand kid after work and when I signaled to change lanes attempted to accelerate to pass, the car just hummed and my speed started to diminish and I immediately coasted to nearest exit because I could not accelerate more than 15 mies, I coasted to a strip mall turned the car off waited til I thought the car settled for a moment and attempted to start the car and when I put the car in gear it jerked but as I tried to accelerate it just hummed and no speed overc15 . So I left the car got it towed the next day to another shop because any ford dealerships I called to see if I could tow for diagnostic test said they had extensive waiting period like one had weeks before they could look at the car. So I had it towed to another car lot who had a good business rating to be told that it seems to look like something had came loose from the transmission. That i may have to get it replaced, this car starts right up, didn't give me any indication of a problem and doesn't even have a hundred thousand miles on it. Where did ford drop the ball on this car? Im very disappointed , I attempted to drive the car around the corner one day trying to explain to my neighbor the weird behavior of the car and the transmission piece I was told that cane loose, and the car ran fine for about 20 minutes even picking up speed and everything then the moment I got back on my block its like it got warm and then we had to push it back on the driveway it went back to not being able to accelerate.againRead more
