I purchased this car and the dashboard is melting and sticky. Since then im noticing almost every dashboard on a Nissan Altima look the same if not worse and absolutely has to and needs to be acknowledged by Nissan for Nissan Altimas everywhere, not just in Florida. I traded a 2021 X3 Sdrive on a 2024 X3 Sdrive. I immediately noticed a steering wheel vibration/buzz feeling at 1100-1200 rpm. Long story short, apparently BMW has removed the top dampers on the front struts on the 2024 model. They, BMW NA, say they aren't needed and that the vehicle "meets US specs". The vibration is almost like the lane departure vibration you get.

The entire rear subframe of any W205 body model including but not limited to the C class from 2009-2014, CL class, SL, class ETC. suffers admittedly from MB USA, premature rust, deterioration etc. there is an active recall for these same models in Canada and all of Europe but not the USA. My garage kept 2009 C300 has suffered extensive rear end damage from a factory defect that Mercedes refuses to
... recognize in the Continental U.S. but will admit the same issues occurred in the EU and Canada. Keeler Mercedes, USA, of Colonie New York, stated they completed my subframe repair under the MB rear subframe extended warranty. The vehicle was driven home and inspected only to find out Keeler Mercedes of NY did NOT replace this crucial safety component under MB-USA extended warranty issued for this defect. This is pure negligence. When asked why the subframe wasn’t replaced as the work order stated it did, they stated “a mix up in paper work” I believe Mercedes-Benz USA and Keeler Mercedes of New York conspired together to push this massive safety defect aside and lie about completing the work in fear of the payment from warranty not being worth the labor hours required by the technicians. This oversight COULD have been a multi million dollar lawsuit if any injury was sustained after said repairs were done in belief the vehicle was safe to drive. Keeler Mercedes’ has also had this vehicle in their possession from June 14th 2024, to todays date, July 5th 2024 with no word on when repairs to subframe will be completed. Subframe replacement stated on MB website states it is an 8 hour labor job. We’re on day 18 now. MAJOR safety issue and shady dealing by dealershipRead more

For years my truck starts vibrating excessively, shaking the entire vehicle when driving over certain sections of roadway or bumps. Sometimes, my steering is difficult to maintain when this happens. This occurs at speeds around 50 mph+. I always assumed it was just a bad road section and never pursued any repair as I didn't think it was a truck issue. Recently, I have come across some articles, t
... hat described my exact situation/condition when driving my truck. It makes me have to slow way down below the speed limit for the violent shaking to stop. Sometimes, I though it was just my stiff suspension on bad roads. It is being called the Ford Death Wobble and affects many Ford Super Duty Trucks. Who knows what other components of my truck have been unduly affected due to this manufacturer's safety issue with my truck and that appears to be a situation that occurs often with other Ford Super Duty trucks. I'm concerned one day it will cause me to lose control and crash or crash into another vehicle. To my knowledge Ford has not issued any recall's regarding these safety problems. My truck has been to the Ford shops many times but nothing addressed regarding this condition. It has occurred so many times, I can not even count, well over hundreds of times over 8 years. I have a 2010 Ford,F250 Super Duty 4wd. After hitting a "transition" bump on a feeder road to a hiway I encountered violent shaking of my front end. I was accelerating to hiway speed of 70mph but I was almost forced off the road at 60 so I slowed to 50mph. The front end was still shaking so I pulled over to inspect the wheels because it felt like they were loose. Nothing was obvious so I got bac

I took the truck to my local shop and he informed me that it was the "death wobble"! I was unaware of this "safety issue" until then. There were 3 components on the front end that were replaced and the cost was $811.50!! There were no warning lights or buzzers before the incident and if I was not a cautious driver I would have certainly run off the road and, or, injured. No photos were taken or police reports but I do have an invoice. I feel something should be done about this especially if Ford is aware of the issue. If safety is a concern of theirs, they certainly do not live up to it! Along with the money and stress it is costing people. Ive called Ford CS and they told me there's nothing they can do.Read more

The floor in the living room/kitchen area felt soft, so we removed the underbelly of the camper. It is also causing the tires to rub on the inside shoulder increasing the risk of tire blow out. The camper is scheduled to be assessed by a local camper dealership. Pictures have been sent to the service department. A claim has been made to the insurance company but no adjuster has seen the camper at the time of this submission. I own a 2016 Toyota Corolla with 35000 miles. My extended warranty expired in January 2024. In the the last few months my Toyota developed a “rattle” or noise, primarily on the right side at slow speeds and slow turns. I took the car to a well respected and nearby repair facility for an oil change and had them look at the noise. They found that the control arm bushings had stress cracks an
... d the sway bar end links and mount bushings were leaking. I had the repairs done. The defective parts are documented with photos in the electronic version of the repair invoice. The noise came back in a day. The next step would be replacing the struts. The repair shop found no visible wear or damage to the struts. I already spent $2400 on repairs. The noise remains. The damage to the parts most likely started long before the warranty expired in January. I found a Technical Service Bulletin describing the repair for this noise issue. The repair described specifies replacing the control arms. I did that in the above described repair. There are many upset consumers complaining in Internet forums about the same problem in 2014-2019 Toyota Corolla’s. I contacted Toyota customer service by email. They told me there was nothing they could do about the problem since the warranty expired 5 years after purchasing the car. I told them I have an 8 year extended warranty. They insisted that there was no 8 year warranty. I offered to send them proof. I have the same problem as shown below. I replaced the control arms and stabilizer bar links. They appeared to be failing. There are many more pages on the internet with the same problem. I reported this to Toyota. They extended the warranty to 10 years and unlimited miles but DID NOT inform owners of the defect, warranty extension OR the ability to get it fixed (and Nissan admitted to this that they didn’t have to tell customers). They told us that in midwestern states (we are in Illinois) the rear lower link could rust quicker with the salt and break. There were no warning signs of the issue that we noticed and no one mentioned any issues when we’ve had it in the shop. Nissan however only agreed to pay half of the cost to fix it since we are 4 months past the date of the extended warranty. This is a problem that should have been communicated to us in the first place so we could have had it fixed before it completely separated.
