honestly the compressor failed for the air suspension and keeps failing many times for many people in different altitudes and humidity levels as you guys should already know by now. the system is supposed to be a sealed system that no air should be able to get into, right? so my question and things i really would like you guys to look into is why, if this true why do they need a dryer for the n2 g
... as based system they is not supposed to be able to get air in it? more so when n2 gas is supposed to expel moisture and being a dry gas. I bought this truck in Colorado and in the dry cold of Colorado I had no issues like this but the moment i had my first winter in a more humid environment and it dropped to 20 degrees Fahrenheit the system failed such as the fact that im in Texas now. being a sealed system no air is able to vent out unless triggered buy certain modes so my ride just leveled out to normal drive mode but will not engage the compressor properly. I'm currently in college though just starting for diesel engines even my instructor is stumped. this system to me doesn't make sense and its failing from what I gathered in more humid cold environments not so much dryer cold, and popping the fuses by trying to pull more power to dry the system that supposedly isn't getting moister in it. so this system is clearly flawed and doesn't make seance plus it also truly depends on how and where the company tested the product. in the end my suspension triggered the red code of immediate air suspension repair/replacement and no longer works properly this is almost a 500 dollar fix that many have to do every winter including me. some may have to pay more for those who cant do it themselves. please investigate the compression and dryer system in higher humidity and extreme cold based environment and if im right im right if im wrong im wrong. i just want answers and the problem fixed since this issue has been going since 2013 to now.Read more

... rotors and calipers are all new no dragging /pulling etc and the tires are properly pressured as well. Extremely well maintained car by the owner EXTREMELY poorly Engineered by the Maker! The steering coupler has been replaced also taking the play out of the wheel as those things are a small rubber "cog wheel" that wears completely to nothing causing severe play and a clunking noise in the wheel between the turning of left or right as that component acts as a spacer/gear/vibration absorber between the steering shaft and the steering assist helper motor gears these cars ALSO were sold knowing they were piston slap engines yet Still never issued a recall until YEARS and multi millions of complaints later only to only cover certain years and models yet they All had the same engine. Imagine the IDIOCY! I will NEVER purchase a Hyundai or a Kia EVER again rest assured! I do my research and homework on every potential item I'm looking into possibly getting yet Nowhere at the time was there any info regarding they were piston slap engines turning these out by the multi millions and trying to hide the fact until they no longer could. I am lodging a formal complaint about recurring safety issues with my Tesla Model Y Long Range Dual Motor AWD, purchased on June 8, 2023. These issues have led to multiple skidding incidents under normal conditions, vehicle damage, and concerns about its safety and reliability. Incidents: Sept. 23, 2023 (6,279 miles): Suspension noise reported to Tesla Service Center, Clarkston, MI. Service conclu
... ded suspension was operating as intended (Invoice No. 3000S0008134598). Dec. 4, 2024 (29,425 miles): Skidding on a highway caused minor contact with another vehicle. Repairs (two rear tires and parking lamp) cost $1,007.28 at Grand Rapids Service Center (Invoice No. 3000S0011836159). Dec. 24, 2024: At 9 mph near a stop sign, the vehicle skidded, colliding with a cement pole, damaging the bumper and parking lamp. Jan. 9, 2025: During a service appointment at Ann Arbor, technicians experienced skidding during a road test. Inspection revealed worn rear tires (recently replaced), damaged suspension, and subframe assembly. Repair costs totaled $10,022.69, but Tesla denied warranty coverage. Concerns: Safety and Reliability: The AWD system consistently fails to prevent skidding, unlike older vehicles from other manufacturers like Hyundai and Toyota. Service Negligence: Tesla Grand Rapids provided worn rear tires. Previous services overlooked suspension and alignment issues, contributing to recurring incidents. Warranty Denial: Despite being under warranty, Tesla refused coverage, advising an insurance claim, which is unjustified given the defects and poor maintenance. Request for NHTSA Action: Investigate potential defects in the braking, traction control, and suspension systems. Recommend a recall if defects are confirmed. Hold Tesla accountable for repairs under warranty and ensure improved service practices. Seek compensation for emotional distress and service deficiencies. I hope NHTSA will act promptly to ensure public safety and uphold Tesla’s commitment to safety measures.Read more

Back in April of 2024 when the truck only had about 16,500 miles on it the engine went out causing steering to become heavy and braking to become very hard. The engine ended up having to be replaced and that took a very long time. Now I have 22k miles on the truck and have had nothing but constant issues with the air ride suspension. I have taken it to two separate Cadillac dealerships and neither fixed the issue, they said they fixed the issue but I keep having the issue. Now, what the truck is doing is basically and randomly going from over inflation to under inflation. When it over inflates the truck feels too heavy and like it wants to topple on the highway…so I have to slow way down. When the truck under inflates the ride becomes unbearably rough. This all happens randomly with no input from me while driving, a message simply pops up on the screen saying service leveling system vehicle either too high or too low. However, after another 10,000 miles, the same problem occurred, with the inner tread worn down to the cords, while the rest of the tire had adequate tread. On [XXX], while driving my 2023 Ram TRX, the driver’s side axle shaft failed catastrophically. Before the failure, I heard noise from the axle area, but no warning lights or indicators appeared. When the axle shaft broke, it damaged the brake line, causing immediate brake failure, putting my safety and others at risk. Had this occurred at high speeds or in traffic, the consequences could have be
... en severe. I had the vehicle towed to I-10 Dodge Ram for inspection, where Service Advisor Ana Sepulveda denied the warranty claim. The denial was based on a superficial bumper scrape and minor scuff marks on suspension components, claiming these as “impact points.” However, these cosmetic markings do not justify axle failure, as no significant structural damage was found. An axle shaft should not fail due to a bumper scrape. This axle failure is a known issue in the TRX owner community, and many dealerships have acknowledged and approved warranty claims for similar failures. Despite this, I-10 Dodge is refusing warranty coverage without sufficient evidence, attempting to shift blame onto the customer. The failed axle shaft and damaged brake line are available for inspection. The issue has not been reviewed by law enforcement or an insurance representative, as this was a mechanical failure, not a collision. Given the serious safety risk of axle and brake failure, I urge Ram and NHTSA to investigate this widespread problem before it leads to serious injuries or fatalities.
