... ent. The defect is identical to NHTSA Recall No. 23V413000 (Chrysler Recall 64A), which addresses rear coil springs detaching while driving. Despite my vehicle being the same year, make, and model as those included in the recall, my VIN is not currently covered. Given that the defect has now occurred twice on my vehicle, including immediately after a dealer repair, I strongly believe this safety recall should be expanded to include additional VINs, including mine.Read more

Two days ago a warning popped up on the Tesla screen saying to schedule service for something the car had detected. It said the car could still be driven. I submitted a service request in the app, and in the meantime researched the error. Per Google, it said this was a potential issue with suspension / steering components that needed to be looked at. The next day, a Tesla technician called and
... asked what my appointment was for. I told him about the error and that I had found it said it was for a suspension or steering issue. He told me I was wrong, and that it was only for low tire pressure. The car did not have low tire pressure. He said the appointment wasn't needed, cancelled the appointment, and told me to drive 30-40 miles to clear the error. Literally 5 hours later, after my wife driving my kids down the freeway, when parking on the street in front go my house the car made a giant pop and the front left sank. We looked under the car and the front drivers side control arm had completely disconnected, popping straight down towards the road. More concerning, two bolts popped out, not broken, but just clearly loose and had finally unscrewed. You will see them on the ground in the pictures. If this had happened 5 minutes earlier while on the freeway I don't want to even think about what might have happened. These cars should be recalled, this is super dangerous. Not to mention the fact that Tesla explicitly canceled my appointment for this and told me not to bring the car in.Read more

The dealer stated that unless a malfunction idicator lamp was on they could not see the car. I have experienced multiple tire failures on my 2022 Tesla Model 3, with at least 7 tires needing replacement due to air bubbles. These issues have occurred on both front and rear tires, and currently I have 3 more tires with visible bubbles and one tire is actually leaking air. Most of these tires failed within 2,000-6,000 miles of use, which is far below normal tire lifespan of 25,000-40,000 mil
... es. Despite repeated service visits, no alignment or suspension inspection has ever been performed by Tesla to determine why this keeps happening. The tires are just replaced at my cost, with the problem recurring again and again. Despite the pattern, Tesla service advisors continue to blame road conditions or driving habits. I want to be clear: I actively avoid potholes, drive cautiously, and have never experienced anything like this with any previous vehicle. Something is clearly abnormal here. In addition, I have noticed strange clicking and popping noises while driving, which seem to come from the chassis or steering area. It worries me that there may be a deeper mechanical or build quality issue. The vehicle often feels unstable, and I am genuinely concerned that a failure of a suspension component, battery mounting, or other structure could lead to a fire or loss of control. No warning lights have appeared, but the pattern of repeated air bubbles showing in my tire after just driving not even 1,000 miles and abnormal noises makes the vehicle feel unsafe to operate.Read more

2006 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 frame broke in the same location as recall defect, causing rear suspension collapse. Dealer denied recall coverage due to modifications, but failure matches official recall issue. My 2006 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 suffered a complete frame break, causing the rear suspension to collapse while riding. This matches the safety defect covered under Kawasaki’s recall for 2006–
... 2007 ZX-14 models. I was told to tow my motorcycle to a dealer for recall repair and provided a log number. The dealer later denied coverage, claiming my modifications (lowered and stretched) caused the failure. This is not reasonable, as many ZX-14 owners have similar modifications without failures, while documented reports online show identical frame breaks both with and without modifications. My bike has been in this setup for years without issues until the sudden failure. The break occurred in the exact location noted in the recall, with no warning signs beforehand. This was a life-threatening incident that could have killed me. Kawasaki customer service told me my case was still under review and that no photos were submitted, while the dealer claimed photos were sent and a California rep denied the claim. Even the customer service representative could not explain why it was denied. This is the same defect that was recalled, and Kawasaki should be held liable regardless of aftermarket parts. A frame should not catastrophically fail simply because of modifications unless Kawasaki had explicitly warned of such risks.Read more

I initially brought my car in for a weird clicking noise. This noise went away after the car was towed to the Service Center. During service at Tesla Service Center in LA on August 04, 2025, technicians identified structural deformation of the left-hand rear subframe toe link mounting side wall. This deformation prevents proper alignment of the suspension bolt and makes a 4-wheel alignment impossi
... ble. Tesla refused warranty coverage, claiming “impact damage,” citing only cosmetic wheel rim scrape as evidence. However: 1. Torque paint marks remain intact, proving the bolt has not shifted since factory assembly. 2. No collateral suspension damage (control arms, bushings, underbody) was found, which would normally occur if an impact strong enough to bend a subframe ear had happened. 3. This failure mode is nearly identical to Tesla’s prior recall (21V-835 / 23V-235) on the front suspension lateral link bolts, which involved subframe mounting holes deforming and preventing proper alignment. Safety Concern: The subframe is a critical structural component of the suspension system. Deformation at the toe link mounting point risks the following issues: improper suspension geometry, loss of wheel alignment, reduced vehicle stability and tire wear, and potential sudden loss of control in emergency maneuvers. Tesla has declined to repair this under warranty, leaving the defect unresolved. I believe this represents a potential systemic defect in the rear subframe design, similar to the previously acknowledged front subframe defect.Read more
