Both front lower control arms have damaged bushing discovered at 48,840 miles by my mechanic. Took to local dealership on 8/16/25 and they claimed per TSB from Subaru for cracks that although it had cracks, it was not necessary to be replaced due to it not being cracked enough. Dear Agency I have got big problem. I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a serious safety issue with my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2021 (WL) L, imported by me (private) from the U.S. market to Poland. I have recently noticed on web recall site about a 4 recall but 2 of them are very serious campaign concerning the replacement and repair of the rear springs and second - control arm nuts. T

My vehicle is affected by first issue — the right rear spring is dislodging, which has been confirmed by inspection in goverment cars controling station in Poland. I have already contacted two authorized Jeep service centers in Poznan, Poland: Jeep Service Złotniki, Obornicka 4 street [XXX] and Jeep Service, Świętego Michała Street 20 [XXX] , as well as I contacted Jeep Polska Headquarters. [XXX] Unfortunately, all of them informed me that they do not perform the recall repair, despite the fact that this defect poses a serious safety risk while driving. I recived information thad Jeep in USA do not pay for this recall and Jeep Polska do not perform any recall in POLAND for USA Cars. I could not imagine what it is possible. My car is dangerous for me and my family. I tried to contact Jeep Headquaters in USA without succes :( There are no email to contact recall office, only phonecall and I could not proceed it by my Polish phone number :( My vehicle details: VIN: [XXX] I kindly ask for your help in resolving this issue and ensuring that the recall repair can be performed. On May 16, 2024, Plaintiff [XXX] was in urgent need of replacing the front passenger side tire on his vehicle. During my search, 1 came across Mr. Tire's website, which prominently displayed claims such as "Expert installation for less" and "Qualit

According to their site, their tire installation package included: • Tire mounting and wheel balancing • Standard valve stem replacement • TPMS inspection and reset • Wheel alignment check • Precision wheel torque by hand tools • Lifetime tire rotation • Lifetime rebalancing Believing this was a comprehensive and professional service package, I scheduled an appointment at Mr. Tire, located at 5 Bel Air South Parkway, Bel Air, MD 21014 (Store #771). Upon arrival, I checked in with the store manager, [XXX] , who prepared my service contract. She explained the total cost for installing the new tire would be $191.53. The 2007 Honda Pilots rear subframe suspension mounting points and the driver side rear sping and shock support rusted away so bad that the driver side wheel collapsed, fortunately it was discovered just in time before there was an major accident, had this happened at full highway speeds it would have been a disaster, this unfortunately seems to be a common problem on the 2003-2008 Honda Pilots ac

Everything else on the Pilot was working great at the time, was quoted $5000 to fix from a local body shop which is way too much so the vehical needed to be sent to the salvage yard at a great financial loss. Like most people I did not think to look under the vehical when I purchased it used in 2022, everything seemed solid, just had a rusty look like a lot of older MN vehicals so it gave a false sence of safety, I feel that the 2003 to 2008 Honda Pilot needs to be recalled or provide a manufacturer buyback and taken off the roads ASAP if they are in any of the salt belt states.Read more

I'm also a victim of Hyundai's defective Rear suspension. Another complain fully encompasses my situation and feelings. I and others have been replacing rear shocks every 10,000 to 20,000 miles due to failure. The upper trim models will use a self-leveling shock in the rear suspension, part number(s) 55367-S8BDO right side and 55367-S8BBO left side. The lower model trim uses a larger coil sprin
... g and non-self-leveling shocks, with no issues. The failure happens within just a few thousand miles. Search web forums for Hyundai Palisades and NHTSA you will find hundreds of issues. The model years affected are 2020 through 2025. The 2026 has completely changes the rear suspension setup and eliminated the self-leveling shock. It appears IMO the manufacture is counting on the warranty expiring and or the resale market to correct their problem. Hyundai refuses to recall the vehicles and correct the problem. They will change the shocks with the same faulty product biding their time. The third most common critical reason for a car accident cited in the NHTSA report was a combination of “steering/suspension/transmission/engine-related problems.” This combination category accounted for just 3 percent of the traffic accidents cited in the report. Part of the reason why these mechanical failures are rarely cited as the critical reason for a car accident is that they’re harder to document and identify post-crash. Blown tires & worn brakes are easy to spot, but problems with the suspension caused by wear and tear are harder to sort out from the damage incurred in the crash. Steering and suspension problems can cause a loss of control over your vehicle at inopportune moments. Transmission and engine problems could keep you from being able to accelerate quickly if the need arises—leaving you stranded in an intersection with oncoming traffic and at risk of a car accident.Read more

When driving between 20-40 mph and hitting a rough patch of road, pothole, expansion joint, or uneven pavement, the vehicle sometimes heavily sways left to right. It takes one to two seconds to stabilize after the swaying. My wife and I both experience it at different times - we say it "feels like a wheel is falling off" because it's so disorienting and concerning. It often happens unexpectedly wi
... th road surface that doesn't actually appear to be all that bad. The rear end feels particularly unstable, like the suspension can't control the vehicle's weight when it's swaying. It's not a small vibration - it's a pronounced side-to-side oscillation. Sometimes I need to make steering corrections just to keep the vehicle centered in the lane. This unpredictable swaying makes us nervous about driving in adverse weather conditions. We can't trust how the vehicle will react when hitting unavoidable bumps and road imperfections. We have noticed it over 50mph at times but it is much more rare at this speed -- though when it happens at this speed it is obviously much more concerning. At higher speeds the swaying does not seem as pronounced / dangerous as at lower speeds, thankfully. After researching online, I discovered many other EV9 owners reporting identical suspension problems. Multiple complaints describe the same lateral swaying, porpoising, and bump-steer behavior that we are experiencing. This appears to be particularly common among GT-Line models. The consistency of these reports suggests this is a systemic defect affecting multiple vehicles, not an isolated incident with our particular vehicle. We have 11k miles on the vehicle now and this has been consistently happening since 200-300 miles brand new. We've mentioned to a dealer but it is very difficult to reproduce as it seems to happen randomly, even over the same stretch of rough road.Read more

This vehicle only has 31,000 miles on it and I've already had one door trim molding replaced. (now the rest of the trim doesn't match so that's great for aesthetics) The interior door panel replaced because it was loose. Dealer decides to replace the rear differential because they found metal shavings in the diff fluid. Sound is still there but now not as loud. Car is currently back at the dealer for diagnostics to remedy the situation. I don't understand how a car with only 30k miles on it should be having these kinds of major issues. Kia seems to know about these issues because they do not argue about replacing anything. The car looks great, and the size is great. But I cannot imagine the nightmares I'm going to have for the next 30K. Or how bad the nightmare will be once I am out of factory warranty.Read more

The rear subframe of my 2015 Porsche Macan has suffered severe corrosion to the extent that it was no longer safe to operate the vehicle. This corrosion led to an unexpected failure of the subframe, causing the rear end of the vehicle to essentially collapse. As a result, significant damage occurred to both the control arms and the rear differential. A local independent repair shop specializing i
... n German-made vehicles (Porsche, Audi, Mercedes, VW) assessed the subframe and confirmed that it was in extremely poor condition, having prematurely rotted and failed. Porsche offers a 12-year limited warranty against corrosion for body panels, but this warranty does not extend to the subframe. The cost of repairs to address the damage, performed by the independent shop, amounted to $3,600. It is worth noting that this issue is widely recognized among owners of 2015-2018 Porsche Macan and Audi Q5 models, as both vehicles share the same subframe. The problem appears to stem from a design flaw related to the inferior materials used in the construction of the subframe. Porsche is aware of this recurring issue, yet has not taken any corrective action to resolve it.Read more

I am writing to formally report a critical safety incident involving my 2020 Tesla Model 3, where the bumper detached while driving through a puddle of water on Oct 9th, 2025. This occurred on a busy street, and fortunately, another driver alerted me just in time, averting a potentially serious accident. Following the incident, I arranged for my vehicle to be towed to a Tesla-authorized collisio

I have since learned that this issue is recognized internally by Tesla, as they have created a service incident regarding it, but have failed to communicate this to customers effectively. Tesla's lack of accountability is concerning. Despite repeated attempts to address this with their support and service teams, they have deflected responsibility and continue to downplay the seriousness of this matter, insisting I must rely on insurance to cover the costs. This situation raises significant safety concerns, not just for myself but for all Tesla Model 3 drivers. I urge NHTSA to take the following actions: 1. Investigate this safety issue regarding the bumper detachment on Tesla Model 3 vehicles. 2. Pressure Tesla to publicly acknowledge this known issue and take immediate corrective action to prevent future occurrences. 3. Ensure that affected customers are compensated for damages and repairs due to this defect. I appreciate your attention to this serious safety issue and look forward to seeing NHTSA hold Tesla accountable to protect all consumers and ensure vehicle safety. I have attached proof of diligent efforts on my part to get this resolved: - Claim number with Progressive - Communication with Tesla giving them proof of this issue - Earlier NHTSA bulletin acknowledging the issue and the Tesla internal service incident created for this issue. I also havr an issue with a cold start when I start it up the truck it acts like it wants to die or looses rpms. I here a paddling coming from the intake v
... alves possibly. Im not sure what part is broke but it makes a rattling sound. Iv brought it to the dealership that I bought the truck from and they say we domt notice anything and its been a struggle to get them to actually thoroughly look into it. Im concerned it will lead to an engine failure because it also loses power and wants to die at times. Iv taken excellent care of the truck and always change oil and any parts on time. So I purchased a vehicle from wright drive in El Paso, Texas. I was driving home back to Alamogordo which is 90 miles away, maybe 80 I realized there was no adaptive cruise control. I kept hearing a noise when I w

It came out to like $8,000 worth of repairs. They told me they would not pay that and I could return the vehicle for a full refund. I told them okay. I would be there in 3 days because I was working. They said that was fine. I get there 3 days later they told me that was no longer an option. So I got stuck with the car that needed $8,000 worth of repairs and then another four for more suspension parts. New breaks the 3,000 to fix the adaptive cruise control. I understand the adaptive cruise control is not really a big deal but the fact that they lied about me being able to return the vehicle and now I'm stuck with the vehicle thing that I've paid more fixing a suspension then the car is even worth. I'm a single father with two kids. I cannot afford to keep paying for a car that they should have taken back to begin with because it's illegal to sell a vehicle that has saved the issuesRead more
