The front suspension on the drivers side just broke down. I was luckily at extremely low speed since I was reversing the car. Previously the rear subframe on my car was also damaged. Tesla repaired it and made me/insurance pay for those damages even though it was issues with the frame of the car.

The contact had not experienced a failure.

The sidewall on the passenger side broke free from the frame. Inadequate screws were used to fasten the sidewall to the frame and they were sheared off. This resulted in a gap between the floor and sidewall, with the pavement evident below, while travelling at 60 mph down the highway. The floor appears to be dropping. The subframe is completely rusted on the front and rear of the car. This is a known issue with the car as dodge extended the warranty for the sub-frame by ten years. My issue manifested itself after those ten years but it is an issue that should be addressed with a recall.
