The left front driveshaft is a problem. Had a 2022 Ford Bronco and Ford did a RAV Lemon law. Bought a 2024 and now the same problem is happening again. Same issues and 800 miles on a new Bronco. Also on m 2022 had the hard top replaced 5 times and the axle 2 times. And the top now shows cracks with 800 miles as well. Thought Ford would figure it out. Bronco is a great vehicle, just horrible parts.

GM has known issues with their frames rotting prematurely. We bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 in 2016 and had it undercoated at a dealership that claims it will prolong the inevitable rusting/frame rot. The truck has just under 99k miles and should be worth $15-17,000 and won't pass inspection due to severe frame rot we are told it is very unsafe and not drivable. We will be lucky to get $4,000
... -5,000 to trade for a part out. Our only other option is to spend $10,000 to get a new frame. GM has known about this issue and fails to do anything about it. Toyota had similar issues and stood by their name and products and replaced frames or gave consumers $10,000+ to make it right. It is not fair to the consumer we cannot win a class action against GM and demand a payout for such massive losses. Had we known our frame was so bad, we wouldn't have dropped over $5,000 in it over the last 11 months for rocker panels, cab corners, shocks, bearings, etc. We are out $15,000 on this truck and GM should be held accountable. The car had to be towed to Tesla in Coral Gables, where they installed a temporary tire and quoted me $517.35 for replacement—despite the vehicle being less than a month old. Since delivery, I’ve also observed that my tail lights have accumulated water, indicating a potential safety hazard and manufacturing defect. I have contacted Tesla Support on multiple occasions, but they have not provided clear guidance on whether a loaner vehicle will be provided while these issues are addressed. The lack of timely and effective support for these escalating defects has been extremely frustrating and concerning. The lower control arm broke off of the subframe during daily commute on the highway, which left the car completely immobilized and had to be towed. The incident could've been a lot worse if I had lost control of the car and swerved into others on the road. vehicle is currently being inspected by Hyundai dealership. When I pick up the car 50 hours later, the job is NOT even started for one door. As such, I officially file this claim to urge NHTSA to investigate what is the percentage completion for this recall for Ford? Dealership indicated the sunroof is beyond repair and requires installation of an entirely brand new sunroof assembly at a cost of $5730 because it occurred
... outside the warranty (warranty expired at 60,000 miles and the car had 70,463 miles when sunroof broke). They were unable to manually close the sunroof as a temporary solution. Therefore, the sunroof remains open due to the broken track and is covered with plastic to avoid the elements. There were no prior symptoms indicating that the sunroof would break in this way. In fact, in three years of ownership, the sunroof was rarely used and only opened a handful of times before breaking. At this time of this writing, the sunroof is available for inspection while I look for more economical means of repair versus the dealership's plan to replace the entire assembly.Read more
