The paint on my make and model vehicle has a widespread paint adhesion defect, not isolated to road debris damage. I have reported the issue to my dealer and to Hyundai Customer Care and I have been told that it would not fall under a warranty repair. The paint delamination is extensive enough to lead to structural rust if it is not repaired.

The Hood Ajar message stays on and then the service auto start/stop unavailable message comes on. Hood is actually closed and this warning is incorrect but will have to stop car to try and reset it. Hood latch was replaced. First time did not fix it. Took it back and dealership did something else to fix.

vehicle has had an active recall since october of 2025. I was told by the dealership the recall made it unsafe to have people occupy the passenger seat as was confirmed by Toyota. I then asked to get a loaner car until the recall was remedied. That was denied.
