The rear light bar and reversing lamp assembly, which was part of a safety recall, is filled with water and the lights are malfunctioning again. Ford is telling me that the replacement part has a 1 year warranty so that I would have to pay over $1600 for a replacement. This is a widespread issue with many of these trucks. Ford admitted that it was a manufacturing defect with the original part. How
... ever, the replacement part has the same issue so it is my belief that Ford has not fulfilled their duty to adequately repair an obvious safety issue and should be held responsible for the replacement of this part at no cost to the vehicle owner.Read more

I have attached all my service records from Honda/Acura and the dealership Motorworld which is located in Wilkes Barre, PA I had my first issue with the car in January 2024 with sensors malfunctioning. They we replaced a few times, repeated issue I had other issues that didn't replicate themself or show as an error code when I brought the car in. Issue accelerating or inability to accelerate on
... the highway in a middle lane w/ a tractor trailer on each side. One trying to merge into my lane. Noisy brakes, low breaks etc Fast forward to March 2025, my number one complaint about these sensor issues is they would malfunction on me one day when I was driving. And I was always assured by the dealership it was good, the car was good, I was good. Acura felt the same. Well in April my steering malfunctioned while driving, the steering wheel locked as I was breaking for a red light, and I drifted off the road. Turns out my steering rack needed to replaced. It was fixed on 4/4 then on [XXX] with my children in the car, it did the same thing. Now they tell me it is the EPS, electric power steering. This car spends more time on [XXX] and one day this is going to happen on the interstate and there will be fatalities. I have been screaming at Acura and the Motorworld for months. Acura will not respond to emails (which I have kept) and every time I call the case manager assigned to me is not available. The few times months ago I did speak to someone they tell me the same things the automated email I get once in while that say my case is under review. All dates of occurrence and repair are in the service records I attached. They still have my car today, 5/8/25 so I do not have those to attach. The door latches on some of the f150s, including mine, freeze under certain weather conditions. This presents the latches from opening. This can trap an individual inside in an emergency situation, or prevent someone from opening the door external to remove or address babies and children, which is an issue I experienced. Ford is aware of the problem, but will not repair unless the issue is replica

The inverse issue can also occur, where the door latches does not close properly and can cause the door to open during driving, and this has also been experienced. The vehicle was not inspected by the manufacturer, or police, or insurance even though Progressive Insurance paid out over $20,000 in damages to the parked cars that were struck after the airbags deployed causing the vw beetle to crash into two parked cars in a residential neighborhood. They gave us a “rental vehicle” while their inspectors engineers called for non-manufactured issue when; - how will you get hit on the sunroof while driving at 60-65 mph on the freeway? - how is it possible that a small size object could shatter a whole TEMPERED GLASS and also, outline crack all around instead of a center hit like they mentioned. - if there was an external object hitting the sunroof why isn’t any internal damage if it’s right above the sunroof motor. If it was something that big to shatter a whole tempered glass section wouldn’t it damage the motor as is right on the center of the shatter too?. Last but not least, we were “handle” a rental car while they were “inspecting” the vehicle until next coming Monday (2 days later as we took it on a Saturday) we were told to take the vehicle and bring it in the next coming Monday but with that level of shatter it would of fall apart more and would of been an issue for the inspection for them to put it on me as a bigger hit WHITCH THEY DID! And made me pay for the rental days and quote me a $4,700.oo repair labor for the damage part as they determinate it wasn’t manufacture. Since we have purchased our RV we have had several issues with it. Since the first trip the entry door will not stay shut while in transit and continues through today We had requested the dealer check it out but the issue was not remedied. During the time we have owned the RV we have had to have the roof replaced due to poor workmanship at the factory. We had had the TSB for the rear compartment
... completed however the cargo doors are not aligned properly and one door on the driver side is starting to wear through the aluminum on the side. We have also had the rear cargo door pop open on more than one occasion. We have also had the TSB performed for the improper lag screws being installed at the factory. On one corner of the front of the frame which had cracked they used a 1/8th inch screw with a 1 inch washer instead of a 1/2 by 3 1/2 inch lag screw. The floor in the living room area is dropping up to 1/2 inch at the wall in the front and back of the slides. We have walls starting to separate in the coach as well as the stairs separating from the walls going into the kitchen and the bedroom. There is trim separating from the walls in the bedroom. There’s a noticeable lag in the engine, especially when starting or turning. Sometimes, it’s almost a full second, which is quite alarming. However, they both claimed that it’s inherent in the car’s design and advised me to wait for a potential recall from the manufacturer.Read more

The component that failed is the roof rail clips that hold the roof rack to the vehicle (Toyota Service Bulletin T-SB-0040-24). The clips under the rail fail and cause water to leak into the headliner and down the A-pillars on both sides of the vehicle. It presents itself by causing water staining where the headliner meets the A-pillar cover. This issue presented itself in January of 2023, a few m
... onths after we bought the vehicle. Toyota Bountiful (Utah) tried to tell us that it is the sunroof drain lines that are clogged and required a $100 service to clear them which is an annual service. After some push back they found the problem with the roof rack clips. However, they only replaced the passenger side and neglected to repair both sides. April of 2025 the driverside failed and Toyota Bountiful once again confirmed that the driverside clips failed. This creates a danger to the front occupants of the vehicle by allowing a possible mold issue within the cabin. Secondly, it allows water into the front curtain airbags of the vehicle.Read more

This is a complaint in reference to a current recall for the rear rust and corrosion issues on Honda CRvs, Part 573 Safety Recall Report 23V-228. I brought my vehicle to Matt Burne Honda on January 7 2025 for this recall and they "inspected" and passed the vehicle, installed the brace, and said all was well as they handed me the keys. In early March I took the car in for its state inspection and i
... t failed due to all of the rust/corrosion/frame rot on the rear of this vehicle. When I called Matt Burne to find out why they installed the brace on this vehicle with all that rust, and why they never even bothered to mention the rust to me, they said that for the recall to pass all they needed to do was remove the bolt for the trailing arm and that all the rust didn't matter, and whether or not it could pass a state inspection didn't matter. This, put me and my family at risk. The rust and corrosion is severe. My family and I have been driving in it thinking it was all okay since the recall was completed. Yet they never thought to mention it. Isn't this recall in reference to rust and corrosion on the rear frame? Yes, I understand it involves the trailing arm, but wasn't there a punch test and a frame inspection that was supposed to be a part of this? How is it that the frame can rot away and practically disintegrate and yet that doesn't matter? After a month of trying to reach Honda, they finally told me I needed to take it to a Honda dealer because the 2 inspection centers I had taken it to weren't good enough. I wound up taking to to Motorworld Honda for an "inspection" and all they did was look at the installed brace and say everything was good, even though that at this point they were now unable to put the car on the lift since that spot on the frame has rusted away. In March it was able to be put on the lift? What happened since? And how is this acceptable as far as this recall is concerned? They put my life and the lives of my family at risk as well as others.Read more

Not sure how long the paint has been peeling on the truck, but the truck is immaculate except for the peeling paint. The paint was peeling at time of purchase, and we were told by dealer that it was covered as Toyota had issues with their white paint. After purchase, we were told that Toyota wouldn't cover it. The peeling paint is not localized to one spot but peeling on every panel. It is pee
... ling off the top and all sides. The vehicle has always been stored under cover. We have never had a vehicle peel as this and have inquired with a few body shops that relate it to manufacturer defect and that the entire truck will have to be stripped and repainted to correct the problem. There were several models of Toyotas during 2014 that had the white paint related issues that Toyota corrected. Not sure, why the white paint on the Tundra’s wasn't included as it clearly has the same problems. After internet searching and speaking with dealers, this is a widespread issue. The truck is available for inspection. Peeling paint can pose several safety issues, especially with children. It also will cause premature aging of the vehicle making it more susceptible to rust and deterioration. The problem has been inspected and confirmed with a dealer.Read more
