I believe this is because the turn signal stalk 'bounces' down to the left turn signal area when returning back to normal position from a right turn. Hello, this is a complain for the placement of the horn on the 2023 Tesla Model X. The horn is a button on the side of the steering wheel and it is very hard to use especially when the wheel is turned. I almost got into an accident because I couldn't honk and alert the other driver in time.

Safety hazard / concern over Horn Button on steering wheel as well as Turn Signal buttons. Not having a center horn has been challenging and dangerous as instinct is to press the center of the wheel and not look for the horn button in quick road hazard situations, merging traffic, etc.

The horn is a small button on the steering wheel vs a large horn in the middle of the steering wheel. In an emergency situation the horn requires thought to press. Time is not something you have in an emergency.

Power steering failure. Upon starting the vehicle, a 2013 Ram 1500 Bighorn, driver information center showed a power steering failure warning indicator. Turning the vehicle off and back on did not clear the warning. No prior warnings existed to show the imminent failure of the power steering system. The electric power steering fails at no giving time. The vehicle is a 2016 and out of warranty but only has 39,000 on it. There are no codes set by this fault. This is a huge safety consern being the steering works as it should and without no warning comes and goes.

The phone charger stopped working. During driving, the dashboard lights up and then break failed and steering became out of control. As a result, car crushed to another car and went to different lane and hit another car. All airbags deployed. Car is total loss. Police was at the scene. All drivers have minor injuries.
