My car when turned off locks but when turned back on will stay locked. Normally you can turn the car on and off a couple times and it will unlock itself but for the past couple months it is now impossible and is so unsafe to drive. I saw in 2009/2010 there was a recall for this with Hyundai and I’m pretty sure my car is now affected with the same thing but 2011 Hyundai sonata.

When I'm driving at or above 40 miles an hour it becomes difficult to make small adjustments in the steering. I apply pressure to steering one way or the other and the wheel seems to momentarily catch then free itself and over correct.
