The factory IBC is a safety issue. I would not tow anything over 1500lbs as the brake controller does not work. This controller is an accident waiting to happen. When set on gain 10 you can barely feel a tug from the trailer. You can't feel anything if you apply the vehicle brake pedal. I believe there was an issue with the ABS system that kept me from stopping the vehicle, as speed was increasing while going downhill with the brake pedal pushed hard. I was forced to make the choice to steer the vehicle into a mountainside to stop it before I ended up over the side of the mountain road. The vehicle then tipped over, coming to a stop.
