I have all the outstanding issues out on this car and probably more. For example, sometimes the car's brakes will fail and the car can roll away. There are times when the car's regenerative braking is not working properly which decreases braking performance and can lead to a crash. Sometimes I notice that my car has a loss of power, which is concerning as it may cause an accident or worse. My
... water pump has not been replaced. To my knowledge, my door handles currently are not sticking, but this has not been looked at or addressed. I get constant warning lights alerting me to a safety system either not working or failing if that is even the case. I am still on software 2.0 and have been waiting patiently for the 2.2 update to address many of these issues, but have not been contacted at all from the OTA team to schedule one or been pushed one.Read more

Vehicle needs software update to 2.2 NHTSA (Campaign Number: 24V405000) but there is no contact regarding when this will happen. The ADAS Warning system has had a warning light on since I received the vehicle. I had to disable audible warnings because they were distracting and dangerous. Also, the vehicle needs a replacement water pump (NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V499000) and measurement of do
... or handles (NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V466000). I have not used the vehicle for long trips for fear of water pump breaking causing me to be stranded. Fisker trustee has not made the recalls noted above available to me as an owner. I've been locked out of my car twice for 30+ minutes. The anxiety of being able to get into the vehicle is unnerving and I can not take my dog with me and leave him in the car as I run errands for fear of not being able to unlock the vehicle when I return, as happened to be in March 2024 and April 2024. The Trustee needs to be forced to provide all owners with the agreed upon recalls before he is freed from the trustee duties. It has been months and there is no contact on how to get these updates. Purchased this Ram new on [XXX] On the drive home the BRAKE light came on. I just figured it was some new tech that I needed to read up on to understand why this light came on. The following day the light came on and while at a stop light the pedal pushed to the floor. I s

I scheduled and appointment for 2/5/2025 with a Ram dealer closer to my house. They kept the vehicle overnight and next day said the brake fluid was off and I should be all good. I drove off the lot for approx. 5 miles and the brakes failed again. I returned the truck to the dealer on [XXX] closer to home and have not had it returned back to me. A week and still no confirmation on a definite diagnosis. I have requested to have the truck exchanged and have not heard back from Stellantis case manager. I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing issues that are being seen with the NHTSA recall campaign numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000. Multiple attempts of this safety recall have been scheduled over the past several weeks for my vehicle, but the update has yet to be completed. As an owner who values safety and reliability, I am increasingly concerned about the unresolved safety
... issues that were supposed to be addressed with this software update. To date, I have been disappointed to learn that each week brings reports from fellow vehicle owners indicating that their cars have become undrivable following these updates, with a concerning failure rate of approximately 2% to 5%. This is unacceptable for any customer who relies on their vehicle for daily transportation. Additionally, the lengthy 48-hour windows during which our cars become unusable only exacerbate the frustration and inconvenience faced by owners. The expectation of partial updates, followed by yet another potential 48-hour downtime, is not a practical solution. Furthermore, the feedback from owner surveys suggests that complete updates, which should ideally resolve these issues, have only succeeded in under 30% of attempted vehicles. This raises serious questions about the efficacy of the OTA update process and its implementation. I was also alarmed to learn that after five weeks of attempts, only about 10% of the fleet—approximately 300 vehicles—have been successfully updated, despite over 800 VINs submitted for these updates. The lack of service personnel, with only around 20 available nationwide and just five who can travel to address undriveable cars, only adds to the urgency of this matter. It is imperative that this process is reviewed and the underlying safety concerns that have left many of us feeling unsupported and frustrated are resolved in a manner that will be free of cost and successful to the majority of owners. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Read more

Fisker entered Chapter 7Bankrupty. As part of the court order certain recall work was to be completed and funding was given to do this to a company. Plus fees for a mobile technician. This is above the amount Liquidators Trustee is planning to pay of $175 (if they ever do). This car is a safety risk and the Trustee is not making a good faith effort to fix the required recalls. I have not been contacted even one time with a status. The NHTSA needs to force the trustee and bankruptcy judge to intervene.Read more

On a normal trip to work the dash light lit up then gave me these warnings. Service ESC, Service Trailer brake, Brake system Failure-62 mph top speed, steering assist reduced. After I managed to stop and turn off then on the vehicle everything came back expect for a warning to service the trailer brakes and the check engine light was still on. It all cleared after a few more restarts. I got the truck to the dealer 4 days later and they said it was the battery going bad even though I was not having any problem starting the vehicle, I had them replace the battery. I am unsure if the problem is resolved, time will tell. What I am sure of is if my daughter had been driving the truck, she would not have had the strength to get the brakes to work or turn the wheel, she would have had a accident for sure.Read more

I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing issues that are being seen with the NHTSA recall campaign numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000. The experience I had with my Fisker vehicle following the 2.2 Over-the-Air (OTA) update attempt left my vehicle undrivable. This is leaving me in an inconvenient and frustrating situation. As a result, I had to incur additional expenses to have t
... he necessary safety updates completed to restore my vehicle's functionality. This is far from the experience that I expected when signing up for a free mandated safety recall. Also, Following an attempted OTA software update for the safety recall, I have noticed that the pedestrian alert noises are missing, which poses a significant safety risk not only for those around the car but also for the occupants inside the vehicle. Moreover, I've noticed a concerning trend regarding the frequency of issues reported by fellow owners after OTA updates. It appears that a significant percentage of vehicles—approximately 2% to 5%—experience similar problems, rendering them undrivable during the 48-hour update window. This situation not only disrupts our daily lives but also raises serious concerns about the reliability of the software updates. I am particularly troubled by the statistics indicating that only around 10% of the fleet has been updated successfully after several weeks of attempts. With such a limited number of service personnel available nationwide, it is alarming that many owners like myself are left without adequate support during these challenging times. I urge you to address these issues promptly, putting more vehicles in danger of becoming undrivable because of the safety recall process being flawed may not be helpful in this current process. Additionally, I would appreciate any assistance you can offer in resolving my current situation and compensating for the expenses incurred due to this inconvenience. Hello, The problem that I am having, and that many people have been having with the 8th generation Volkswagen Golf Rs (and GTIs as well) is with the "hill hold" feature. My car is manual transmission. When on a hill, the hill hold feature automatically holds the brakes after you take your foot off the brake. The way this feature is supposed to work is that the hill hold is supposed to release upo
... n clutch disengagement and throttle input. It does not do that. Rather, it bites really hard on the brakes and makes it very hard to move the car forward, often resulting in brake and clutch wear. This is a safety issue in that it can cause the car to stall, leaving the car without the ability to move out of the way of danger in the middle of an intersection. This has happened to me at least ten (10) times since purchasing this car in July of 2023. There is no way to adjust the hill hold feature or to turn it off. The design of this feature is counter-intuitive to the way that all manual transmission drivers have learned to drive. It should not be necessary to "plan ahead" to take your foot off the brakes and wait three seconds (about how long the hill hold stays engaged) before you can move forward. Cars should be designed to go forward when the driver wants to go forward. With this feature, it makes it dangerous to move from a stopped position on a hill because the car may stall, i.e. the hill hold doesn't let the brakes go upon throttle input and clutch disengagement. I have read hundreds of posts on social media and Volkswagen forums regarding this complaint. No one has had any luck with Volkswagen regarding fixing this issue. It's written into the code and would need to be coded out in a firmware update, or coded to permit adjustment. Prior versions of this car (6th, 7th generation) and other cars do not have this problem. This is specific to the 8th generation Golf R and GTI. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Read more

Urgent Safety Recall Complaint – Lack of Updates & Service Access Dear NHTSA, I am writing to express my serious concerns about the ongoing safety recall process for my vehicle, including NHTSA Recall Campaign Numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000. There are currently six active recalls, and I have not received the 2.2 OTA update to address braking system failures, persistent ADAS warnings, and the
... missing pedestrian alert noise, all of which pose significant safety risks. I have experienced brake slippage and loss of function, especially over rough terrain, which remains unaddressed. ADAS warnings continue to be distracting and dangerous, and the required pedestrian alert sounds are missing. Despite attempted updates, many vehicles, including mine, are still affected. Owners report that 2-5% of vehicles become undrivable post-update, requiring up to 48 hours to install, with some needing another 48 hours for partial fixes. Only 10% of the fleet has been updated successfully after weeks of attempts, and under 30% of updates have fully resolved issues. Adding to the frustration, there are only about 20 service personnel nationwide, with very few traveling to assist affected owners. This leaves many of us without timely support and forced to pay out of pocket for alternative transportation. This process is deeply flawed, and I urge NHTSA to investigate the recall system’s failures, update delays, and lack of adequate service access. These critical safety concerns demand immediate attention. Thank you for addressing this urgent matter. Sincerely,Read more

Braking Issue and ADAS Warning + Lack of Access Concerns I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing issues that are being seen with the NHTSA recall campaign numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000. Specifically, the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) in my vehicle, which has become increasingly distracting and, frankly, dangerous due to an incomplete or failed 2.2 Over-The-Air (

As a responsible driver, I value the safety of not only myself but also those around me, and this situation and others we constantly hear about make me question the process of the recall. Every week, a number of vehicles are reported as undrivable post-OTA updates, with statistics indicating that approximately 2%-5% of owners experience this issue. With 48-hour update windows, my vehicle becomes unusable for an extended period, which is highly inconvenient and concerning. Moreover, I've noted that partial updates are expected, potentially extending this downtime by another 48 hours. I have had a partial update that has left my vehicle in worse shape than before, what could happen if the process is tried again? This inconsistent performance is not only frustrating, but also poses a serious inconvenience to scheduling and executing such a process. Owner surveys suggest that comprehensive updates, which should resolve these issues, have been successfully completed in under 30% of vehicles which were attempted. Additionally, the alarming figures shared indicate that only around 10% of the fleet has been updated in over five weeks, despite submitting over 800 Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs). This inefficiency raises serious questions about the reliability of the process. Furthermore, the fact that there are only approximately 20 service personnel available nationwide, with a mere five traveling to assist customers whose cars are rendered undrivable, is simply unacceptable. NFC Card Reader Failure – The NFC card reader on the door handle has stopped working, making entry into the vehicle unreliable. Vehicle Rolling Over Bumps – The car exhibits an uncontrolled rolling movement when driving over bumps, which creates an unpredictable driving experience and a potential loss of control. Interior Lighting Malfunctions – Various interior lights turn on randomly without user input, which may indicate electrical issues. Given Fisker’s bankruptcy, I am unable to schedule recall repairs, and no official service network exists to address these safety-critical issues. The recalls mandated by the NHTSA must be performed, yet there is no viable path for owners to ensure compliance. This situation presents an urgent safety hazard, and I am requesting immediate guidance on how these safety recalls can be fulfilled to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and safe for daily use.Read more

My ABS light keeps coming on intermittently. I been calling mopar since this recall started in 2024 and they are not supplying needed parts to the dealership to fix it. I call mopar and no ETA on the parts. I want this fixed since they said it can cause my truck to wreck with no notice. I have kids in my truck all the time and mad on delay. How are they getting by not fixing this.

I have deep concerns over ongoing issues that are being seen with the NHTSA recall campaign number 4V623000. Specifically, the loss of braking when driving over a rough or bumpy surface. The vehicle will leap forward causing me to slam on the brakes avoiding many close calls. There is a OTA update that is suppose to address this issue but I have not been able to receive these updates. As a respo
... nsible driver, I value the safety of not only myself but also those around me, and this situation and others we constantly hear about make me question the process of the recall. Furthermore, the fact that there are only approximately 20 service personnel available nationwide, with a mere five traveling to assist customers whose cars are rendered undrivable, is simply unacceptable. This lack of support exacerbates an already troubling situation. Given these circumstances, I urge you to address theseRead more

I am very concerned about these recalls 24V405 24V404 24V623 and the availability of service providers to preform the corrections as there seems to be only 20 service techs in the whole country. For these free recalls I am told to pay and then get reimbursed (From Who?)I have yet to get on any providers schedule. I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing issues that are being seen with the NHTSA recall campaign numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000. My vehicle's braking system, particularly as it relates to its performance over rough terrain, has not yet been addressed. I have experienced significant brake slippage and a loss of function, which poses a serious safety risk. As a responsible v
... ehicle owner, I trust that my car should provide a reliable and safe driving experience, especially when navigating challenging conditions. The frequency of reports from fellow owners about their vehicles becoming undrivable after updates—between 2% and 5%—is alarming and prevents me from attempting the recall process. Knowing that the update process can leave a car unusable for up to 48 hours, and that partial updates might require even more time, adds to my frustration. The statistics shared indicate that only a mere 10% of the fleet has successfully received updates after weeks of attempts, which further highlights the inadequacy of the OTA process. Additionally, I am troubled by the limited availability of service personnel across the country. With only around 20 technicians available nationwide and just a handful traveling to address urgent issues, it is clear that many customers, including myself, may find ourselves in perilous situations without timely support. I cannot afford to wait months for a resolution while I am forced to pay out of pocket for alternative solutions to ensure my vehicle is safe to drive. This situation is unacceptable, and I urge you to take immediate action to address these critical issues. I look forward to a prompt response. Also, I do not understand why my VIN does not register as having unaddressed recalls. I do not have access to any of the technicians on Ohio for the recalls related to parts and have not received the 2.2 update which is supposed to fix the software issues. Can you please correct this?Read more

I have not received the promised w2.2 OTA software updates as previously mandated by nhtsa to Fisker. Brakes are an issue that should be addressed in 2.2. Continuing ADAS warnings continually distract when driving. I purchase new FOB and NFC cards, but they need programing. Again, nothing from the company. I do not have a service center near me in Ohio, but the technicians are supposed to come to me to program the FOB, NFC cards, fix door handles as well as make sure the software update gets done. FOA tells me only 30% of updates have been completed. I need action to get receive the proper response to NHTSA mandated fixes. These recalls must be done and done properly.Read more

Inability to Schedule Recall Work + Lack of Availability I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing issues that are being seen with the NHTSA recall campaign numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000. Multiple attempts of this safety recall have been scheduled over the past several weeks for my vehicle, but the update has yet to be completed. As an owner who values safety and reliability
... , I am increasingly concerned about the unresolved safety issues that were supposed to be addressed with this software update. I was also alarmed to learn that after five weeks of attempts, only about 10% of the fleet—approximately 300 vehicles—have been successfully updated, despite over 800 VINs submitted for these updates.Read more
