I am filing a safety complaint regarding a defective diesel emissions system and persistent warning condition in my 2017 Land Rover Range Rover Sport Diesel vehicle that presents a serious safety hazard to myself and others. The vehicle was purchased from Ewing Buick GMC in Plano, Texas, [XXX] and was advertised as being in good condition and ready for sale. At the time of purchase, the vehicle ap
... peared to have undergone preparation and inspection-related services, which gave the impression that it was safe and roadworthy. Dealer informed me of no inspection being performed. Shortly after purchase, the vehicle began displaying persistent emissions-related warnings (DEF system / engine warning). I initially had the vehicle inspected, and serviced for repairs by Royse City Auto Care, where diagnostic information indicated emissions-related faults. Due to the seriousness of the issue, the vehicle was then taken to an authorized Land Rover service center for further diagnosis. Land Rover technicians indicated that potential causes may include a knock sensor or related module failure; however, they stated that these repairs are not guaranteed to resolve the issue. The warning condition remains active and unresolved. The vehicle now presents a critical safety concern. The emissions system warning includes a mileage countdown that will eventually prevent the vehicle from being driven once it reaches zero. This creates a dangerous situation where I may be unable to operate the vehicle at all, potentially leaving me stranded in unsafe conditions. Additionally, the vehicle may enter reduced power mode (limp mode) or experience loss of power while driving. These conditions significantly increase the risk of an accident, especially on highways or in traffic. As a result, my safety and the safety of others on the road are put at risk. This ongoing defect, combined with the inability to guarantee a repair, raises serious concerns about the reliability and safety of the INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATIRead more

The defective manufacturer lifters on my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 went on my truck damaging the lifters, camshaft, oil pump and I'm sure more than that. I know it's an ongoing investigation/lawsuit with General Motors, but they need to held accountable and should fix this issue free of charge. Not everyone has $5k-$10k+ to repair their engine due to their negligence. Thank you

We arrived for our first trip this year on Thursday April 23, 2026. We did not need heat until Saturday night April 25th 2026. We turned the propane bottle on and then set the thermostat to heat for it to come on. After several attempts the furnace never ignited. We turned the 1st bottle back off. Went to the second bottle on the driver's side of the camper, turned that bottle on and went in the c
... amper to turn the gas stove on to bleed the line. Then went back to the heater and set it to come on again. It did not ignite. Went back outside to the second propane compartment and I started to smell gas. Checked the bottle connection and it was tight. Turned the propane back off and unhooked the bottles. This was about 11:00 at night and figured we'd look at it the next day in the daylight. April 26 2026, I had some camping friends and myself look at the propane lines on the driver's side compartment. I turned the propane on to see if we could smell or hear leaks. Immediately out of a very sharp bend in the hose we found a split in the hose. We turned the propane back off and examined the hose a little bit more and found the second split. We then traced the line under the camper, approximately 15 feet of hose, that went into a t/splitter. We were able to look at the hose still having the tag on it, we figured we would just order one and replace it. April 30, 2026 we arrived back at the campground and start to replace the line. My buddy climbs under the camper only to realize it is not the right part. I went out and got a part to fix it temporarily. After installing it we tested and turned furnace on. It ignited but when outside smelled propane again. Look under camper and discovered more leaks/splits in hose. Turned off propane as we knew this was a dangerous situation. Contacted our Dealer who contacted Forest River to make a claim. They have denied the claim as being out of warranty. To me this an issue that should be fixed regardless of warranty.Read more

Here’s a strong version that sounds frustrated but still credible and harder to dismiss: I’ve owned many vehicles over the years, and this BMW has been, without question, the most problematic car I’ve ever had. The list of issues has been absurd for a vehicle in this price range and from a brand that markets itself as a premium luxury manufacturer. The sunroof failed, I’ve had multiple t
... ire blowouts under normal driving conditions, the drive bar/suspension was bent from what should have been a routine road bump, the engine oil housing/component failed, and now I’m dealing with coolant system and drivetrain problems as well. At this point, it feels like one major issue after another. I expected quality, reliability, and engineering excellence from BMW, but my experience has been the complete opposite. Instead, ownership has been stressful, expensive, and incredibly disappointing. A luxury vehicle should not have this many significant failures in such a short span of ownership. Between the repair costs, downtime, and constant concern over what will fail next, this car has completely destroyed my confidence in the BMW brand. I am documenting these issues formally because this ownership experience has been unacceptable.Read more

NHTSA Safety Complaint Draft Vehicle: 2025 Ram 1500 VIN: [XXX] Mileage at First Incident: 3920 Mileage at Most Recent Incident: 13,000 (approx.) Complaint Summary: My 2025 Ram 1500 has a recurring safety critical defect that causes the truck to suddenly and unpredictably decelerate from highway speeds (around 70 mph to 55 mph) down to approximately 5 mph, even though the engine RPMs r
... emain around 4,000. This creates an immediate risk of being rear ended or causing a multi vehicle crash. Full Description of the Problem: While driving at normal highway speeds, the vehicle suddenly loses propulsion without warning. The truck slows rapidly to about 5 mph, dealership verbally described as “limp mode” to protect itself, despite the engine continuing to rev at high RPMs. During these events, the dashboard and infotainment system display incorrect and erratic information, including: - Transmission indicator switching into 4WD, Park, or 1st gear while the vehicle is moving - Navigation activating on its own - Screen freezing, glitching, or displaying inaccurate data This defect has occurred multiple times and is unpredictable, making the vehicle unsafe to operate. Repair Attempts: I have taken the vehicle to an authorized Ram dealership on multiple occasions for the same issue: - Repair Attempt #1: 03/20/2025 - Repair Attempt #2: 10/02/2025 - Repair Attempt #3: 10/30/2025 - Repair Attempt #4: 11/17/2025 - Repair Attempt #5: 05/12 2026 The dealership has replaced PCM harness, transfer case control module, DTCM, performed software updates and claimed the issue was resolved, but the defect continues to occur. They have also stated they “cannot replicate” the problem, despite multiple documented incidents. Safety Risk: This defect poses a serious risk of collision, especially at highway speeds. The sudden loss of propulsion and incorrect gear display could easily result in a rear end crash INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)Read more

A second shutdown was confirmed August 2025: "vehicle shut off while driving — high voltage battery error." Four or more repair visits under my ownership for this same defect. Fault codes confirmed by authorized Porsche dealers: P0AA600 (HV Battery Voltage System Isolation Fault — highest severity), P0A4000 (Rotor Position Sensor Fault), U178800 (Front Axle Power Electronics Drive Fault), P061B00 (Torque Calculation Fault). November 2025: Porsche Downtown LA isolated all 33 battery modules, found modules 6, 19, and 32 defective — all physically replaced. Vehicle out of service 9+ weeks. Shutdown warning recurred during same visit. Porsche NA (Case #XXX) denied repurchase. Warning lamps: "Pull over and park safely" warning and HV battery error appeared suddenly before each shutdown. No gradual symptoms. Recurring since January 2025. Additional: Prior owner records show HV battery water intrusion (February 2024) requiring full battery removal and reinstallation. In July 2024, dealer cleared "numerous inactive fault codes" without disclosure prior to my purchase. Porsche NA has acknowledged the issue by offering goodwill compensation while refusing repurchase. Cumulative out-of-service days for this defect exceed 75 days across multiple repair visits. I am submitting this complaint regarding ongoing and potentially dangerous mechanical failures involving my vehicle that have repeatedly occurred despite numerous repair attempts by the dealership. Over the past year, I have taken my vehicle to the dealership more than 10 times for serious recurring issues. The problems have included: Drivetrain malfunction warnings Engine warning lights Oil leaks
... Smoke coming from the vehicle The vehicle unexpectedly shifting into neutral while driving Sudden loss of drivability requiring the vehicle to be towed The dealership has repeatedly stated that the issues were repaired, and at one point even provided a one-year warranty on the repair work. Despite this, the same problems have continued to occur. Most recently, the drivetrain malfunction warning and engine light returned again, smoke came from the vehicle, and the car shifted into neutral on its own, becoming completely undriveable and requiring towing. I have spent more than $10,000 on repairs related to these ongoing issues, yet the vehicle remains unreliable and unsafe. My primary concern is the safety risk posed by the drivetrain failure and the vehicle unexpectedly shifting into neutral while in operation. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed as a potential vehicle safety issue. I believe these repeated failures may present a serious risk not only to myself but potentially to other drivers as well. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Read more

My 2022 Chrysler Pacifica PHEV has experienced three separate complete losses of motive power at highway speed, each preceded only by a brief dashboard warning to pull over safely. First occurrence: April 18, 2026. Second: May 7, 2026 — vehicle towed to Spitzer Motor City (Cleveland, OH), an authorized Stellantis dealer. Dealer replaced the Power Inverter Module hardware under warranty (R.O. 424
... 63CY). Third occurrence: May 17, 2026 — just five days after the repair. Notably, the battery was at 40% on the third occurrence, meaning the engine had not cycled on, distinguishing this failure from the prior two. The root cause is the internal transmission wiring harness connector short identified in NHTSA Recall 03A (23V-010). Per NHTSA's own ODI investigation (RQ24-004), the software recall remedy does not prevent loss of motive power. TSB 21-008-23 / Warranty Extension XE1 identifies full transmission replacement as the correct fix. The dealer did not perform a transmission replacement. The safety risk is severe — complete, sudden loss of drive power at interstate speeds with minimal warning creates immediate rear-end collision risk. The defect has been confirmed by the authorized dealer. The transmission assembly is available for inspection. No police or insurance involvement. This VIN currently shows zero open recalls, suggesting the incomplete repair was logged as satisfying Recall 03A.Read more

The vehicle has experienced repeated intermittent electrical-system-related failures since the start of the lease, which have remained unresolved despite eight months of formal engagement with Volvo and multiple service and software-related repair attempts by Volvo. Most recently, on May 15, 2026, while operating the vehicle in approximately 90°F Arizona temperatures, the vehicle displayed a “
... Limited Performance / Electrical System Temporarily Limited” warning message. Shortly afterward, the driver was temporarily unable to re-enter the vehicle, despite the exterior door handles deploying normally. Vehicle access was restored only after several minutes. The side view mirrors would not open. Driving for two minutes did not resolve this. After ten minutes of remaining parked the mirrors reconnected. This latest incident follows prior issues including: •Loss of charging capability during a long distance trip (which forced us to drive 50MPH on a 75MPH highway, putting our car and other drivers at risk.) •Multiple incidents involving loss of instrument displays while driving •Intermittent vehicle access and lock-related issues •Unexpected seatbelt tensioning while the vehicle was in motion Volvo previously indicated that software updates and related service efforts should address the issues. However, after the updates the vehicle continues to exhibit intermittent electrical-system-related problems affecting reliability and normal operation.Read more

On or about December 2025, the vehicle began emitting strong fuel/exhaust fumes through the air conditioning vents during operation. The fumes were noticeable inside the passenger cabin and created concerns of toxic exposure and possible fire risk. The condition was reported to an authorized Ford dealership, Hacienda Ford, which retained the vehicle for inspection for approximately two months. The
... dealership acknowledged concerns involving the fuel system/fuel injectors and performed inspection procedures and software-related recall work; however, the vehicle was later returned without replacement or repair of fuel system components. After the vehicle was released, the same fuel/fume odor condition reoccurred during normal driving, including an incident where the fumes became overwhelming inside the cabin while driving toward [XXX] . The vehicle is associated with an open safety recall identified as manufacturer recall 25S76 / NHTSA campaign 25V467, described as “remedy not yet available.” Despite repeated reports of fuel/exhaust fumes and concerns involving possible fuel injector defects, Ford Motor Company and the dealership have not provided a written determination that the vehicle is safe to operate. A formal final escalation letter was sent to Ford Motor Company demanding a safety determination, alternate repair authorization, reimbursement of towing expenses, and clarification regarding open recalls and known fuel system issues. The letter was delivered on April 29, 2026, but no response was received within the requested deadline. The consumer believes the vehicle may present an ongoing safety hazard involving fuel vapor intrusion and potential fire risk. The defect remains unresolved. The vehicle remains parked. I am reporting a serious safety concern with my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe, VIN [XXX] . The apparent systems involved are the hybrid propulsion system, charging/high-voltage battery system, powertrain control system, and/or regenerative braking/deceleration system. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. After prior battery/charging-related issues and recent Jeep recall service, the vehi
... cle displayed a “Service Charging System” warning and the check-engine light came on. While driving home, the vehicle did not decelerate normally when I removed my foot from the accelerator. It felt like the Jeep continued propelling itself or maintaining speed without accelerator input. I drove approximately one mile down my street at about 40 mph, and the vehicle did not slow down as expected unless I applied the brakes firmly. I had to brake harder than normal to slow the vehicle. This created a serious safety risk because the vehicle appeared to continue moving at speed without normal deceleration, which could have caused a crash or prevented me from stopping in time. After the incident, the vehicle also turn off. It took multiple tries and about 20 minutes to turn off. The “Service Charging System” message and check-engine light remained on. The problem has not yet been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center, but I am arranging for the vehicle to be towed/inspected and do not intend to drive it due to the safety concern. The vehicle was recently inspected/serviced by a Jeep dealer for recall-related work before this incident. I am requesting that the dealer/manufacturer inspect the vehicle and preserve all DTCs, freeze-frame data, module update records, HV battery/charging diagnostics, and any available accelerator/brake/propulsion data. No crash or injury occurred, but the vehicle created a serious safety risk. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)Read more

Potential safety defect: high-voltage battery and battery management system (BMS) appear to overestimate available energy and remaining range, creating risk of unexpected 0% state of charge or loss of motive power without warning. Across 20 documented charge/discharge cycles between January and May 2026, the vehicle has consistently delivered approximately 135-150 miles of real-world range agains
... t an EPA-rated 310 miles, under routine driving conditions. The vehicle's own energy display shows observed usable energy averaging approximately 49.93 kWh -- approximately 66.6% of the rated 75 kWh pack. Tesla/BMS diagnostics report approximately 79-80% pack retention, implying approximately 58-59 kWh available -- approximately 8-9 kWh more than the vehicle's own consumption display reflects. No BMS fault code, low-power alert, or driver warning has been generated despite this persistent discrepancy. On April 22, 2026, after a drive, the vehicle was parked showing approximately 3% SOC and 7 miles remaining. Approximately five hours later, while parked and not being driven, the vehicle displayed 0% SOC and 0 miles. No fault or warning was triggered. Supporting photographs document the same low-SOC discharge cycle: vehicle at 27%/65 miles on April 20 and at 0%/0 miles on April 22. A driver relying on 3%/7 miles as a margin to reach a charging location could become unexpectedly stranded. If a similar BMS recalculation occurred while driving at low SOC, the result could be sudden unexpected loss of motive power -- a potential roadway safety hazard before the driver receives adequate warning. On May 14, 2026, Tesla Service performed a battery health review (Invoice 3000S0016915237) documenting 79% pack retention, no faults found, no further action. Test name, methodology, and whether the review evaluated BMS calibration accuracy or low-SOC energy availability were not disclosed.Read more

My 2024 Jeep Wagoneer L with the 3.0L Hurricane engine began experiencing drivability and warning-light failures at very low mileage and within the first year of ownership. The vehicle was purchased new in October 2024 and experienced its first major drivability/towing event at approximately 10,372 miles. Over the following months, the vehicle experienced repeated check engine light events, shakin
... g, sputtering, hard starting, loss of throttle responsiveness, drivetrain hesitation, and multiple towing incidents despite repeated dealership repair attempts. The most severe safety event occurred in May 2026 at approximately 18,850 miles while traveling on the interstate with my family and young children. Prior to this event, a Florida Jeep dealership documented diagnostic codes P21A0 (Cylinder 5 Air/Fuel Ratio Imbalance) and P0430 (Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold) and specifically documented in writing that “the #5 fuel injector is causing the fault” and likely damaged the catalytic converter. Despite this, we were advised the vehicle should be safe to drive home. While driving on the highway the following day, the check engine light began flashing and audibly beeping continuously, the vehicle began shaking aggressively, and acceleration responsiveness deteriorated significantly while traveling at highway speeds. We were forced to immediately exit the highway and abandon the vehicle at a Jeep dealership in Georgia due to safety concerns and fear the vehicle could become unresponsive in traffic. The vehicle has been inspected multiple times by authorized Jeep dealerships in South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia. Earlier repair attempts attributed the issues to software/update-related causes. The Georgia dealership later replaced the catalytic converter but did not directly address the injector-related concern because the condition was not actively reproducible during their inspection despite the prior dealership’s written findings.Read more

Timeline: • Late April 2026 (while driving ~300–400 miles from home): Vehicle stalled without warning at a red light. • May 5, 2026 (while driving on freeway ~50–75 miles from home): Check Engine Light illuminated. AutoZone scan and dealer diagnostic tool both confirmed DTC P107B. • May 5, 2026: Dealer performed health check using Toyota GTS+ tool (see attached screenshot taken at 15:58:01). Screen clearly shows “PERMANENT: YES” confirming a permanent stored fault code. • May 5–15, 2026: Crown Toyota (Ontario, CA) confirmed the code was present on arrival (Repair Order 2842115 dated 05/15/26). They later cleared the code, performed a short test drive, could not duplicate the fault at that moment, and closed the repair order as “inconclusive.” They refused the low-pressure fuel pump replacement under Customer Support Program 23TE04 even though corporate cases #260505002096 and #260515002110 had previously confirmed eligibility based on the prior pump replacement (9/11/2021, RO #1764477). The issue is known to be intermittent and occurs under load/highway conditions. This creates a serious safety risk of sudden loss of power while driving. T-SB-0050-20 specifically directs dealers to replace the low-pressure fuel pump assembly when P107B is present on 2018–2019 Highlander Hybrids, and T-SB-009-23 provides the official repair procedure under CSP 23TE04. We were stopped for fuel. Prior to fueling we turned off the engine and opened the fuel door, inserting the gas nozzle and then began to pump fuel. While the nozzle was running, a passenger opened the sliding door by pressing the auto open button - and the door slid into the hand of the individual holding the fuel nozzle, crushing his hand between the door and the nozzle - causing the nozzl
... e to dislodge from the filling neck , releasing gasoline all over the driver and j hiring his hand. There is no interlock preventing the door from auto opening while the fuel tank is open - which is a critical design flaw, that can result in injury to the individual fueling and hazardous material spills/ hazardous conditions where the pump attendant is directly drenched in fuel. A simple sensor on the door with a software interlock would resolve this issue and prevent future instances. In this case the injury was minor/bruise and discomfort, but it could have been more severe had the driver not reacted quickly, or had the driver had underlying medical conditions such as brittle bones or was on blood thinners.Read more

I am reporting a defect condition in a 2013 Dodge Challenger that appears materially identical to the condition described in FCA Emissions Recall UB4 involving the evaporative emissions canister system. See: [XXX] . The vehicle experiences severe difficulty during refueling. Fuel pump nozzles repeatedly and continuously auto-shutoff during normal fueling attempts, preventing normal refueling oper
... ation. An independent mechanic diagnosed the issue as related to the evaporative emissions canister / EVAP system. After disconnecting the affected component/system, the vehicle immediately resumed normal fueling operation without repeated pump shutoff. The symptoms and apparent defect mechanism appear materially consistent with those described in Recall UB4 and NHTSA bulletin MC-10174189-9999; however, this VIN is currently excluded from the recall population. I am submitting this complaint because the defect appears to exist outside the currently identified VIN population. The manufacturer (Dodge) is refusing to investigate further, citing there is no recall coverage and NHTSA is responsible. Hybrid/battery system is locked out and fails to operate in freezing weather (FORM status malfunction) Both winters I have owned this vehicle it will not operate on battery from mid-September until March or April. None of the ridiculous "fixes" do anything including oil changes, fuel additions or driving for 2 hours (!) to burn off oil in the fuel, all tried multiple times. I have dash photos and

I was slowing down to turn left and felt a stutter, like when antilock brakes activate. Then a red triangle appeared on the display on the dash that said something like "pull over safely vehicle will turn off soon." I came to a stop to wait for oncoming traffic. When I hit the gas again it had barely any power and the power steering had disengaged. I was able to get through the left turn at about
... 3-5 mph. Shortly after I was out of the intersection (maybe 100 feet) the accelerator stopped giving any power. The vehicle was still able to turn on and I could use things like power windows, radio, and gear shifter (to go into neutral to push it to a better place to wait for a tow) but no thrust since. The mechanic said it seemed to be a problem with the hybrid battery and we towed it to the dealership since that was still under warranty. The dealership says it's the transmission and is in the process of figuring out which version of repairing it works for the warranty coverage.Read more

I am starting to smell fuel inside of my car everytime I fill up my vehicle.
Incident date: May 15, 2026
Vehicle started to leak gasoline from the tank filler cap while parked in garage with a full tank of gas. Created a highly flammable/explosive environment. Gas tank was not “topped off” when filled. This has been occurring for the last 2 months. No apparent damaged of defects noted with filler cap. There are no fuel/engine error codes. Vehicle operates normally.

I had just traded cars with my daughter so I could babysit my triplet 14 month old grandchildren. I drove my 2014 Scion Xd without any issues for 3 hours (from Bath, Maine to the border of Vermont). I traded cars with my daughter, mother of triplets, and she drove off with her husband to attend a reunion. Approximately 10 minutes after my daughter and her husband left, she called and said the car
... made a loud pop sound and she had to pull over. Then, a man ran across four lanes of rt 89 to tell her the car was on fire. My husband fielded the call from my daughter who screamed, 'The car is on fire!' - then the call went dead. I had to drive my husband and triplet grandchildren in the direction of the car, visible by the black smoke plumes, while not knowing if my daughter and her husband were alive. The fire department, a state trooper, and local police were on the scene and I am thankful everyone was safe. Needless to say, this situation was very traumatic for my family. My daughter reported the oil light and the engine coming on, as well as a dash symbol she didn't recognize, right before the car caught on fire. The right hand lane of route 89 had a 1/4 mile streak of oil leading up to my burned out Scion Xd.Read more

On 5/8/2026 at 1555 hours, while driving at normal freeway speed under normal driving conditions, vehicle began an exhaust system regeneration cycle. During the course of the region cycle, vehicle began to smoke excessively and realizing this wan not normal, I was able to yield to the right shoulder of the roadway. Almost immediately the vehicle ignited on fire and completely burned to the ground.
... The fire appeared to have commenced in the engine compartment, driver side near the firewall. The location of which appears to be consistent with reports of fuel filter failures I have read about in the past. The resulting fire ignited nearby brush which burned several hundred feet of brush and resulted in the spillage of diesel fuel and coolant which combined from the resulting melting of the coolant system and fuel tank and lines. This incident put both me and surrounding communities at risk, particularly from the resulting fire and HAZMAT spill. The vehicle was in good running condition prior to this incident. The incident was investigated by the Templeton California Highway Patrol.Read more

The vehicle involved is a 2019 Kia Sorento with approximately 111,000 miles. Over the course of ownership, the vehicle has experienced numerous unresolved mechanical and safety-related issues, including ongoing fuel leak concerns, excessive oil consumption/loss of oil, rough shifting, shift solenoid problems, rattling noises, shaking/vibration while driving, and repeated drivability issues. The p
... rimary safety concern at this time is a suspected fuel leak that multiple independent mechanics have identified. I have been told by at least three separate mechanics that the vehicle appears to have a fuel leak. During my most recent oil change at Valvoline, the technician expressed concern about the safety of driving the vehicle in this condition and warned me that driving a vehicle with a fuel leak could be dangerous. I previously brought the vehicle to Kia dealerships multiple times while the extended warranty was active and specifically requested inspection for the suspected fuel leak. On at least three separate visits, I was informed by the dealership that they could not find or confirm a leak. Because the issue was never resolved or properly diagnosed while under warranty, I am now out of warranty coverage and facing potentially dangerous and costly repairs. This issue has placed my safety and the safety of others at risk due to fear of possible fire hazards, stalling, or sudden vehicle failure while driving. Because of these concerns, I have significantly reduced driving the vehicle and currently do not feel safe operating it regularly. This has created substantial hardship because this is my only vehicle for work and daily life. Additional unresolved issues with the vehicle include: - Persistent rough shifting and shifting hesitation - Shift solenoid issues - Ongoing excessive oil consumption/loss of oil with no confirmed source - Constant rattling noises - Excessive vibration/shaking while driving - AC system failure around 60,000 miles - Electrical seat failurRead more

The recall is 10 months old and no remedy offered. Every time I get behind tge wheel I'm risking an injury or death of myself or someone else. I can't sell my vehicle because it would put the next owner at risk. Do I have to wait until there's an injury or death to have something done about this?

When accelerating, occasionally there is a hesitation. This becomes dangerous when accelerating from a side street onto a 55mph road when there’s an occasional break in traffic that I need to jump into. There’s been times where I got concerned when it hesitated and there was oncoming traffic. The other day I was going under 10mph around a curve and it hesitated so much, I looked at my gas gaug

NHTSA safety recall 25V-586 was issued on September 9, 2025. It has now been eight months without a resolution from the manufacturer, and per the FCA recall notice (accessed at [XXX] ) "The Fuel Delivery Module (FDM) on your vehicle may contain internal parts that can be affected by heat, which can reduce fuel flow and lead to a loss of drive power while driving. A loss of drive power can cause a

Cruise in vehicle was set to 58 mph. Vehicle shut off going around a curve and would not restart. At 40mph emergency brake set as car wasn’t running and it was coasting to a stop. I sat on the road barely off the shoulder as car would not restart and would not come out of park to be able to push the rest of the way off the road. Had it towed to a ford dealer where they replaced the fuel pu
... mp control module and they had concerns of it possibly not fixing the problem. I made it 10 miles after pickup and it did the exact same thing shuts off no warning like it ran out of gas. Get towed back to the ford dealer and they can’t duplicate the problem and say nothing is wrong and they don’t know why it randomly shuts off and loses fuel. However it still has the same codes as initially in relation to lack of fuel. I don’t feel safe driving the car as now I’ve broke down twice same problem and fear it’ll keep happening and I may not get so lucky as to not get seriously injured as I cannot move it from the road. Asked about getting rid of it and no dealership wants it because of these problems. Now I’m stuck with a $30,000 paperweight that I can’t drive safely and I can’t replace without going into a lot of debt.Read more
