The vehicle exhibited charging failures on multiple occasions over the course of several days after being connected to a Level 2 home charging unit overnight. On repeated mornings, the high-voltage battery was found to have not charged. The vehicle also exhibited intermittent slow charging behavior during this same period. Approximately six months prior to the charging failures, the 12-volt auxili
... ary battery was found to be completely discharged. During this same period, the vehicle was started on one occasion to find that every warning and alarm indicator on the dashboard had triggered simultaneously. The vehicle was completely inoperable at that time. After several minutes, all warning indicators cleared and normal operation resumed without any intervention. The vehicle was brought to an authorized Hyundai dealership on March 6, 2026, where the technician diagnosed the root cause as a failed Integrated Charging Control Unit (ICCU). The ICCU is responsible for managing both high-voltage battery charging and maintaining the 12-volt auxiliary battery; a failure of this component can result in loss of charging capability, auxiliary battery drain, and potentially a complete and sudden loss of vehicle operability. As of the date of this report, the vehicle is awaiting parts with an estimated repair time of approximately one week. The repair is expected to be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. This failure occurred with fewer than 10,000 miles on a 2025 model year vehicle. Based on publicly available owner reports and online forums, ICCU failures appear to be a recurring issue across multiple Hyundai IONIQ model variants.Read more

The rear axle electric motor casing cracked with significant oil leaking requiring replacement, taking 15 hours of labor. Part numbers were 36003926-7 and 36009926-1. The mechanic at Hunter Volvo Cars in [XXX] relayed that he had just performed the same repair for the same problem the week before, in the same dealership. This raises my concern of a system problem rather than a one-off problem.
... This is the PHEV version of the Volvo C60 (the T8 model). With a range in EV mode of 35-40 miles, 95% of driving is performed in EV mode. It is unclear If the electric motor attached to the rear axle that was added to the standard Volvo C60 engine for the front axle is engineered for that amount of use and torque. This failure could lead to sudden failure of the electric motor. The car is owned and registered under my wife's name. I am reporting a serious safety issue with my 2021 Ford F-150. This truck has already been subject to multiple recalls, yet the problems have continued. On several occasions while driving, the truck has suddenly shut off without warning, causing a complete loss of power while the vehicle is in motion. This has happened while my family and I were in the vehicle and has nearly resulted in a serious
... crash. Losing power in traffic without warning creates an extremely dangerous situation and has put my family’s lives at risk. A vehicle shutting off while being driven is a major safety hazard. My 2016 Lexus NX200t with approximately 157,000 miles experienced sudden engine stalling, loss of acceleration, and the check engine light illuminated while driving. The loss of power created a dangerous situation because the vehicle was unable to accelerate normally in traffic. These symptoms are consistent with the defective low-pressure fuel pump recall affecting certain Toyota and Lexus vehic

I am submitting this complaint regarding a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe that has been subject to multiple safety recalls involving the high-voltage battery system and a risk of fire or explosion. The manufacturer, Stellantis, issued safety instructions advising owners not to charge the vehicle and not to park the vehicle in garages or near structures or other vehicles due to the potential fire risk. These instructions significantly restricted the normal use of the vehicle and created serious safety concerns. Despite the seriousness of the defect and the safety warnings issued, the vehicle remained without a repair solution for months.Jeep has now discontinued the vehicles altogether with no solution for the vehicle. Due to these conditions, the vehicle could not be safely operated or used for its intended purpose. The unresolved safety defect effectively rendered the vehicle unsafe and unusable. I am requesting that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration review this matter and the impact that these unresolved safety defects have had on vehicle owners. I believe the situation raises significant safety concerns regarding vehicles that remain in use while a dangerous defect exists without an available remedy. Please let me know if additional documentation is required. I am willing to provide recall notices, written manufacturer communications, and other supporting documentation. Vehicle is subject to Recall R24B2 / NHTSA 24V-700 (battery fire risk during Level 3 DC fast-charging). Nissan issued a "do not use" directive for the CHAdeMO fast-charge port in October 2024 with a projected remedy date of November 2024. As of March 2026 — over 16 months later — no remedy has been provided. The affected component is the high-voltage lithium-ion battery pack. The battery is ava
... ilable for inspection. The defect has been confirmed by Nissan North America via recall notice and by an authorized Nissan dealer (February 2026), who confirmed no remedy is available. No warning lamps or symptoms were observed; the risk is established by Nissan's own recall documentation.Safety risk: Nissan's own recall states that continued Level 3 fast-charging may cause rapid battery heating and fire. The "do not use" directive effectively removes a core advertised feature of the vehicle with no timeline for restoration.I have contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs twice regarding this recall (February 2025 and November 2025) and received no remedy or timeline. Nissan has repeatedly postponed its repair schedule. A second related recall (NHTSA 25V655, October 2025) was subsequently issued covering additional model years, further confirming the defect remains unresolved industry-wide.I am formally demanding a vehicle buyback under NY Lemon Law (GBL § 198-a) and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act due to Nissan's failure to remedy this defect within a reasonable time.Read more

I have had issues with my car since the day that I bought it. First, my car squealed every time that I backed up. I took it to my local Ford dealership 3 or 4 times without this ever being fixed. This then progressed to my brakes squealing anytime they’re used. I barely have 25,000 miles on my car. Additionally, I have had numerous occasions where my car will get stuck and not shift, not acceler
... ate which is extremely scary when merging into traffic, the RPM’s will jump between 3,000 and 5,000 and stay there while I cannot accelerate or shift. The vehicle has had episodes of shaking while I am driving, and now there is a grinding sound when driving for unknown reasons. My car has also sounded like there is a hole in the exhaust, although there isn’t. I’m not sure what’s causing the noise. Now I have come to find out that there are two active recalls on my car; one for the PCM control module (NHTSA Recall Number: 25V-467, Ford Recall Number: 24S55), and the SYNC/ display software update (NHTSA Recall Number: 26V-123, Ford Recall Number: 25S06) which is a lesser concern. I called the dealer that I bought my car from and they can’t service my car for the PCM control module via an appointment until 4/24/26 (over a month from now when I don’t feel safe driving my vehicle). They said that I can drop my car off before 4/24 for about a week, but that they can’t provide a loaner. I can’t be without a vehicle. Per Ford there are not parts for a permanent remedy anyway, and this is only a temporary fix as it is, which I don’t have confidence in. That’s ridiculous because the recall came out 7/2025. It’s been almost a year. They also told me that the SYNC software update is only a customer satisfaction, not a recall, so they won’t fix it, which is incorrect. I called Ford customer satisfaction and was also denied a loaner car. The only option that I was given was the possibility of a buyback program, which didn’t sound promising. I’m stuck in a car that I don’t feel safe in.Read more

I own a 2018 Honda Accord and have been experiencing an ongoing issue where multiple warning lights appear on the dashboard at the same time. The lights include several safety and system warnings, making it look like many different systems in the vehicle are malfunctioning simultaneously. I have taken the vehicle to be serviced and attempted to fix the issues that were identified. However, even a
... fter repairs were made, the dashboard warning lights continue to stay on or return shortly after. It has become frustrating because the vehicle continues to show problems even when something has already been repaired. This situation makes it difficult to know whether there is a real safety issue occurring with the car or if the warning system itself is malfunctioning. Having so many warning lights on at once also creates concern about the reliability and safety of the vehicle, especially since several of the warnings relate to important systems such as braking, driver assistance features, and engine performance. After researching the issue, I discovered that many other owners of the 2018 Honda Accord have reported experiencing the same problem with multiple dashboard warnings appearing at once. Because this appears to be a widespread issue, I am submitting this complaint so it can be documented and investigated further. I believe there may be an underlying defect causing these repeated warning lights despite repairs being made.Read more

I was driving and all the lights on the dash board came on. Including the engine light. I took the vehicle to the dealership service center and they said the turbo function of my engine was failing. and it was still covered under warranty so they fixed that. One day after the picking it up all the lights came back on. I took it back and they stated that the fuel injectors are failing thus causing
... engine misfires resulting in the engine light coming back on and the car randomly stalling or slowing. They indicated that the fuel injectors are NOT covered and repairs are around 2,400.00, I believe this should be covered because there was a previous recall on the fuel on the fuel pump (which is connected to the injectors). Also I don't understand how the "turbo" was still covered under warranty but the injectors are not. *Component/System:** The **Fuel Pump / Fuel Delivery System** failed. The vehicle and the replaced spark plugs/coils are available for inspection upon request. **Safety Risk:** The vehicle **stalls abruptly while in motion (at speed)**, causing an immediate loss of motive power in traffic. This creates an extreme risk of rear-end collisions and leaves the driver stranded in active lanes of travel
... . The vehicle must be shifted to park, turned off, and restarted to temporarily "reset" the system, which is life-threatening in high-speed or heavy-traffic environments. **Confirmation/Reproduction:** The problem has been confirmed by an **independent service center**. Initial diagnostic codes led to the replacement of spark plugs and ignition coils; however, the stalling persisted. Subsequent diagnostic testing specifically identified the fuel pump as the point of failure, consistent with symptoms of known Toyota fuel pump recalls. **Inspections:** The vehicle has been inspected by an **independent mechanic**. It has not yet been inspected by Toyota corporate, the police, or insurance representatives, as no crash has occurred yet—though the risk is imminent. **Warning Symptoms:** The Check Engine light illuminated on January 21, February 21, Febuary 26, March 6 and March 10. Prior to the first total stall, the vehicle exhibited brief hesitations during acceleration. There were no specific "Fuel Pump" warnings on the dashboard; the vehicle simply loses power without a countdown or secondary safety mode (Limp Mode).Read more

I am reporting a safety concern involving unintended acceleration in a 2025 Volkswagen Jetta SE (VIN [XXX] ) Te vehicle has experienced two separate incidents in which it surged forward unexpectedly when shifting from park to drive while my foot depressed the brake pedal. The first incident occurred in approximately August 2025 while attempting to move the vehicle into a residential garage. When
... the transmission was shifted into Drive, the vehicle accelerated forward despite continued brake application and traveled approximately 30 feet before stopping. A collision with a structural wall was narrowly avoided. The second incident occurred on [XXX]. When shifting from Park into Drive with my foot on the brake pedal, the vehicle again surged forward unexpectedly and struck a storage cabinet inside the garage, causing property damage. A family member was nearby at the time. Following these incidents, the vehicle was taken to an authorized Volkswagen dealership (Garnet Volkswagen of West Chester, Pennsylvania) on December 15, 2025 for inspection. The dealership preformed diagnostic scans and reported no stored fault codes and was unable to duplicate the condition. The vehicle was returned without repair. The vehicle was later presented to another authorized Volkswagen, Pohanka Volkswagen of Salisbury, Maryland in February 2026 for additional evaluation without any solution. I subsequently notified Volkswagen Group of America and requested a manufacturer-level engineering review to determine whether a defect exists and whether the vehicle is safe to operate.
