Defective "TURBO CHARGER" at 38,091 miles. The defective worn-out or damaged turbocharger was removed from the engine and a new one was installed at a cost of $1816.00. This part should not wear out at 38,000 miles. My mechanic informed me that this is common in the Buick Encore vehicles to experience a defective "TURBO CHARGER" at low vehicle mileage.

Catalytic converter and oil leak which is causing the vehicle to lose power. The catalytic converter was replaced in 2024 and now is bad again in 2025. Oil consumption has been a problem since 2024. Hyuandi is refusing to repair the vehicle. Despite the engine making a knocking noise and the check engine light is flashing the vehicle is still under the 150,000 power train warranty

Got the PCV valve repaired on February 13th and on February 18th the EPC light came on. The 2022 Volkswagen Atlas was taken to dealership and said the charge air inlet and the diverter valve leaking oil. Recommended to replace the turbo diverter valve and the charge air inlet seal at this time and re-testing the turbo. My car is shutting off when sitting at a light and car only has 52, 294 mileage

VW recall on ID 4 for battery range dropping under the listed battery range. Know recall on battery without any solution. Local VW dealership in Thousand Oaks, CA without any solution. Driving 45 miles with 100% charged battery will drop the battery by 60+ miles. Battery range drops an average of 3-4 miles per 1 mile driven. Notified dealership of issue 1 day after vehicle purchase.

I was pumping gas and DURING gas started pouring out by the rear tire flap. It was not a whole tank but a large amount. And the next day also noticed a puddle where gas tank lies. This has happened in the past but sporadically and not all of the gas comes out. Pulling out of garage, car warned of limited speed and then within about 30 seconds completely shut down-- could not move, operate locks, etc. Car could not be started again and had to be towed away. 12v battery had been drained down to 4v due to failure of ICCU unit.
