Randomly when the truck is turned on, the turn signals will stop working, no noise, nothing. When this happens, the infotainment system also stops working. ... mbly went bad and had to be replaced. Upon the mechanic installing the new fan assembly, I had numerous fuses blown and that is when my blinker and hazard light issue started. This is a major safety concern as signaling the direction that you're turning is very important to other drivers. Additionally, it is against the law not to use signals. I'm constantly in fear that someone is going to rear in me because of my inability to signal when switching lanes and or turning. Additionally, my back up camera stopped working shows a black screen with a notice to contact the dealer. Another issue I have is that my door ajar light is illuminated all the time. I often feel unsafe and fear that the door may just come open at any time, I am unable to lock my doors with the internal lock , which means my doors are left unlocked while I'm in the vehicle. Also, the interior lights stay on for awhile when car turned off, thus putting more strain on the battery, which I've just replaced. Plus, the dome light will not go off until you accelerated to about 20 mph, however, when putting the car in reverse there's no way to get the lights to turn off in this causes visibility issues at night. That in conjunction with my backup camera not working makes it a very dangerous situation when going in reverse. I also detect the odor of gasoline which lingers in my vehicle for some time after getting fuel. I'm scared that there's a leak and if so the potential of a fire is very concerning. While driving, the entire control panel shuts down including all interior and exterior lights. It completely resets everything including Bluetooth. It has happened 5 or 6 times since I got the car in October 2024. I’ve reported this to Stones Kia in Idaho Falls, and they were unable to duplicate the issue so they couldn’t do anything. It tends to only happen when I’m driving at night.

Both headlight assemblies on my 2019 Nissan Murano have developed water intrusion inside the sealed LED headlight housing. The first headlight failed in March 2025 when moisture entered the assembly and caused the light to malfunction. The dealership diagnosed water intrusion into the sealed headlight assembly and advised that the entire unit must be replaced because the LED assembly is not servi
... ceable. The repair estimate was approximately $2,400. The second headlight assembly has now developed the same issue, with visible moisture inside the housing. These headlights are sealed LED units with no replaceable bulbs. When moisture enters the assembly, the entire headlight must be replaced. This can lead to reduced nighttime visibility and potential headlight failure, which is a safety concern. The vehicle was purchased as a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan from a Nissan dealership, and I also purchased an additional extended “Gold” warranty at the time of sale through the dealership. Despite this, the headlight assembly failure was classified as “routine maintenance” and denied for coverage. Because these are sealed LED assemblies and not normal replaceable bulbs, water intrusion leading to failure does not appear to be routine maintenance. The fact that both headlights have developed moisture intrusion suggests a possible defect in the headlight housing seal. I am submitting this complaint so the issue of premature failure of sealed LED headlight assemblies due to water intrusion can be evaluated for potential safety concerns.Read more

This occurred the first time that the vehicle was left out in the rain at approximately 65k. It is always parked covered and I do not drive in the rain. The tail lights did not turn back on at all but the officer allowed my brother in law to come follow the vehicle home since I was so close. I ended up only driving the car during daytime hours. When I called the customer service line, I could not understand a word the person was saying so I gave up and decided to just drive during daylight hours for safety. When I reached out to Fox management, I was told there were no issues with inoperable tail lights or high beams even though when I checked the vehicle back in, the attendant noted on an incident ticket that the tailights were not working. He did not note the high beams not working on the ticket but they were still inoperable at the time of drop off. If this rental car company rents this vehicle to anyone else, someone could be killed. I asked them for a refund and they denied it based on them saying there was no issues. I not only reported this for a refund but SAFETY reasons so the next driver of the car doesn't get hurt. They clearly never inspected the issue any further if they say the tailights and high beams work. They did not work. I have included my rental invoice, incident ticket provided by FOX rental return attendant, vehicle information sheet, and email from management at Fox stating there were no issues because she didn't want to give me a refund.Read more

This is a fairly new SUV and front turn signals are out. This puts me in danger of having to turn and other drivers not aware. It is not a simple bulb fix. All have to be removed. Was trying to unlock the vehicle but it wouldn’t unlock the doors with the remote. Had to crawl through the trunk to access the car. Got a “door latch system service” maintenance error on the screen after the dealership had “fixed” it. This is a huge safety concern as this car is electric and if it does not unlock from the inside, can cause the passengers to be stuck in the car.

This is a known and unaddressed issue. BMW headlight seals fail allowing condensation to build and erode electronics. Replacement costs exceed $15K and only OEM parts and BMW servicing are options. Many BMW repair shops refuse to do this work as it is overly complicated and expensive. This issue is well known and document and warrants compensation and/or recall.

I went to get a new bulb and they told me I need to buy the entire lighting unit it’s $2800 at the dealership. I joined a Ford group on Facebook and hundreds of people are having the same issue. Some models newer than mine, but most from 2020 - 205 models. I reached out to Ford they won
