"APPROXIMATELY 575 BBLS WERE RELEASED AS A RESULT OF AN O-RING SEAL FAILURE, ON THE ENCLOSURE FOR A STRAINER ON THE INCOMING SIDE OF THE STATION BOOSTER PUMPS. THE RELEASE WAS SECURED AND CLEANUP HAS BEEN COMPLETED. THE O-RING WAS REPLACED AND OPERATIONS HAVE RESUMED."
