"A FITTING LEAK OCCURRED ON THE SUPPLY LINE AT THE BLOW-OFF OPERATOR CAUSING THE STATION ESD BLOWDOWN VALVE TO OPEN RESULTING IN A RELEASE OF 15354 MCF OF NATURAL GAS. THERE WERE NO INJURIES, FIRE, OR EVACUATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS RELEASE."
