"LEAK ON TYPE C GATHERING LINE CONFIRMED AT 10:15 AM ON 5-2-2025. GAS LOSS CALCULATIONS CONFIRMED LEAK TO BE REPORTABLE AT 1:45 PM AND REQUIRED NOTIFICATIONS WERE MADE. PIPE SEGMENT HAS BEEN SENT TO LAB FOR METALLURGICAL TESTING AND RESULTS ARE PENDING. SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT WILL BE FILED WHEN RESULTS ARE PRESENTED. MAOP OF PIPELINE NOT DETERMINED DUE TO TYPE C PIPE LESS THAN 12 INCHES IN DIAMETER. SUPPLEMENTAL: METALLURGICAL TESTING INDICATED TOP OF LINE CORROSION DUE TO CO2. OPERATING PRESSURE REDUCED PRIOR TO RESTART AND SUPPLEMENTAL CHEMICAL INJECTION, LINE CLEANING, AND INTEGRITY WORK BEING EVALUATED. PENDING RIGHT OF WAY PURCHASE LONG TERM PLAN IS TO REROUTE GAS AWAY FROM LINE."
