"TXDOT HAD INSTALLED A 3"" PVC PIPE OVER ATMOS' MAIN TO GET DEPTH SHOT ON THE MAIN. A CAR DROVE OVER THE PVC PIPE, SHOVING IT DOWN ON TOP OF A 2"" POLY TEE CAUSING IT TO CRACK AT SOCKET FUSHION."
